Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who is victorious, I will give some of the hidden manna. I will also give that person a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to the one who receives it.

‘ Whoever has ears should listen to what the Holy Spirit says to the churches. Here is what I will do for anyone who has victory over sin. I will give that person hidden manna to eat. I will also give each of them a white stone with a new name written on it. Only the one who receives this name will know what it is.’

He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who conquers I will give some of the hidden manna, and I will give him a white stone, with a new name written on the stone that no one knows except the one who receives it.’

我就是生命的糧。你們的祖宗在曠野吃過嗎哪，還是死了。這是從天上降下來的糧，叫人吃了就不死。我是從天上降下來生命的糧；人若吃這糧，就必永遠活着。我所要賜的糧就是我的肉，為世人之生命所賜的。」因此，猶太人彼此爭論說：「這個人怎能把他的肉給我們吃呢？」耶穌說：「我實實在在地告訴你們，你們若不吃人子的肉，不喝人子的血，就沒有生命在你們裏面。吃我肉、喝我血的人就有永生，在末日我要叫他復活。我的肉真是可吃的，我的血真是可喝的。吃我肉、喝我血的人常在我裏面，我也常在他裏面。永活的父怎樣差我來，我又因父活着；照樣，吃我肉的人也要因我活着。這就是從天上降下來的糧。吃這糧的人就永遠活着，不像你們的祖宗吃過嗎哪還是死了。」 (cunpt)

然而，屬血氣的人不領會神聖靈的事，反倒以為愚拙，並且不能知道，因為這些事惟有屬靈的人才能看透。 (cunpt)
