From the throne came flashes of lightning, rumblings and peals of thunder. In front of the throne, seven lamps were blazing. These are the seven spirits of God.

天使拿着香炉，盛满了坛上的火，倒在地上；随有雷轰、大声、闪电、地震。

约翰写信给亚细亚的七个教会。但愿从那昔在、今在、以后永在的神，和他宝座前的七灵，

到了第三天早晨，在山上有雷轰、闪电，和密云，并且角声甚大，营中的百姓尽都发颤。

当时，神天上的殿开了，在他殿中现出他的约柜。随后有闪电、声音、雷轰、地震、大雹。

第七位天使把碗倒在空中，就有大声音从殿中的宝座上出来，说：“成了！”又有闪电、声音、雷轰、大地震，自从地上有人以来，没有这样大、这样厉害的地震。

他问我说：“你看见了什么？”我说：“我看见了一个纯金的灯台，顶上有灯盏，灯台上有七盏灯，每盏有七个管子。

“你要写信给撒狄教会的使者，说：‘那有神的七灵和七星的，说：我知道你的行为，按名你是活的，其实是死的。

“耶和华必从锡安吼叫，从耶路撒冷发声，天地就震动。耶和华却要作他百姓的避难所，作以色列人的保障。

我又看见宝座与四活物，并长老之中有羔羊站立，像是被杀过的，有七角七眼，就是神的七灵，奉差遣往普天下去的。

众百姓见雷轰、闪电、角声、山上冒烟，就都发颤，远远地站立，

用精金做灯台的七个灯盏，并灯台的蜡剪和蜡花盘。

你们原不是来到那能摸的山；此山有火焰、密云、黑暗、暴风、角声与说话的声音。那些听见这声音的，都求不要再向他们说话；因为他们当不起所命他们的话，说：“靠近这山的，即便是走兽，也要用石头打死。”所见的极其可怕，甚至摩西说：“我甚是恐惧战兢。”你们乃是来到锡安山，永生神的城邑，就是天上的耶路撒冷。那里有千万的天使，有名录在天上诸长子之会所共聚的总会，有审判众人的神和被成全之义人的灵魂，并新约的中保耶稣，以及所洒的血；这血所说的比亚伯的血所说的更美。你们总要谨慎，不可弃绝那向你们说话的。因为，那些弃绝在地上警戒他们的尚且不能逃罪，何况我们违背那从天上警戒我们的呢？当时他的声音震动了地，但如今他应许说：“再一次我不单要震动地，还要震动天。”这再一次的话，是指明被震动的，就是受造之物都要挪去，使那不被震动的常存。所以我们既得了不能震动的国，就当感恩，照神所喜悦的，用虔诚、敬畏的心侍奉神。因为我们的神乃是烈火。

神啊，你从圣所显为可畏；以色列的神是那将力量权能赐给他百姓的。神是应当称颂的！

至于四活物的形像，就如烧着火炭的形状，又如火把的形状。火在四活物中间上去下来，这火有光辉，从火中发出闪电。

并精金的灯台和灯盏，可以照例点在内殿前。

耶和华也在天上打雷；至高者发出声音便有冰雹火炭。他射出箭来，使仇敌四散；多多发出闪电，使他们扰乱。

又有舌头如火焰显现出来，分开落在他们各人头上。

我是用水给你们施洗，叫你们悔改。但那在我以后来的，能力比我更大，我就是给他提鞋也不配。他要用圣灵与火给你们施洗。

我又问天使说：“这灯台左右的两棵橄榄树是什么意思？”我二次问他说：“这两根橄榄枝在两个流出金色油的金嘴旁边是什么意思？”他对我说：“你不知道这是什么意思吗？”我说：“主啊，我不知道。”他说：“这是两个受膏者站在普天下主的旁边。”

耶和华又对他说：“我是耶和华，曾领你出了迦勒底的吾珥，为要将这地赐你为业。”

恩赐原有分别，圣灵却是一位。职事也有分别，主却是一位。功用也有分别，神却是一位，在众人里面运行一切的事。圣灵显在各人身上，是叫人得益处。这人蒙圣灵赐他智慧的言语，那人也蒙这位圣灵赐他知识的言语，又有一人蒙这位圣灵赐他信心，还有一人蒙这位圣灵赐他医病的恩赐，又叫一人能行异能，又叫一人能作先知，又叫一人能辨别诸灵，又叫一人能说方言，又叫一人能翻方言。这一切都是这位圣灵所运行、随己意分给各人的。
