Then the seventh angel blew his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, saying,“ The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he shall reign forever and ever.”

And the angel answered him,“ I am Gabriel. I stand in the presence of God, and I was sent to speak to you and to bring you this good news.

“ See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.

Then I heard a loud voice from the temple telling the seven angels,“ Go and pour out on the earth the seven bowls of the wrath of God.”

Now the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared to blow them.The first angel blew his trumpet, and there followed hail and fire, mixed with blood, and these were thrown upon the earth. And a third of the earth was burned up, and a third of the trees were burned up, and all green grass was burned up.The second angel blew his trumpet, and something like a great mountain, burning with fire, was thrown into the sea, and a third of the sea became blood.A third of the living creatures in the sea died, and a third of the ships were destroyed.The third angel blew his trumpet, and a great star fell from heaven, blazing like a torch, and it fell on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water.The name of the star is Wormwood. A third of the waters became wormwood, and many people died from the water, because it had been made bitter.The fourth angel blew his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, and a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of their light might be darkened, and a third of the day might be kept from shining, and likewise a third of the night.Then I looked, and I heard an eagle crying with a loud voice as it flew directly overhead,“ Woe, woe, woe to those who dwell on the earth, at the blasts of the other trumpets that the three angels are about to blow!”And the fifth angel blew his trumpet, and I saw a star fallen from heaven to earth, and he was given the key to the shaft of the bottomless pit.

Is a trumpet blown in a city, and the people are not afraid? Does disaster come to a city, unless the Lord has done it?“ For the Lord God does nothing without revealing his secret to his servants the prophets.The lion has roared; who will not fear? The Lord God has spoken; who can but prophesy?”

Then I saw another sign in heaven, great and amazing, seven angels with seven plagues, which are the last, for with them the wrath of God is finished.

Then the sixth angel blew his trumpet, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar before God,saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet,“ Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates.”

And he stationed the Levites in the house of the Lord with cymbals, harps, and lyres, according to the commandment of David and of Gad the king’s seer and of Nathan the prophet, for the commandment was from the Lord through his prophets.The Levites stood with the instruments of David, and the priests with the trumpets.Then Hezekiah commanded that the burnt offering be offered on the altar. And when the burnt offering began, the song to the Lord began also, and the trumpets, accompanied by the instruments of David king of Israel.The whole assembly worshiped, and the singers sang, and the trumpeters sounded. All this continued until the burnt offering was finished.

The Lord spoke to Moses, saying,“ Make two silver trumpets. Of hammered work you shall make them, and you shall use them for summoning the congregation and for breaking camp.And when both are blown, all the congregation shall gather themselves to you at the entrance of the tent of meeting.But if they blow only one, then the chiefs, the heads of the tribes of Israel, shall gather themselves to you.When you blow an alarm, the camps that are on the east side shall set out.And when you blow an alarm the second time, the camps that are on the south side shall set out. An alarm is to be blown whenever they are to set out.But when the assembly is to be gathered together, you shall blow a long blast, but you shall not sound an alarm.And the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall blow the trumpets. The trumpets shall be to you for a perpetual statute throughout your generations.And when you go to war in your land against the adversary who oppresses you, then you shall sound an alarm with the trumpets, that you may be remembered before the Lord your God, and you shall be saved from your enemies.On the day of your gladness also, and at your appointed feasts and at the beginnings of your months, you shall blow the trumpets over your burnt offerings and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings. They shall be a reminder of you before your God: I am the Lord your God.”
