耶和华在天上发出雷鸣，至高者发出他的声音，伴随着冰雹和火炭；

突然发生了强烈的地震，结果监狱的地基都被摇动，所有的监门立刻打开了，每个囚犯的锁链也都松开了。

就在那时刻，发生了大地震，那城的十分之一倒塌了，在地震中死去的有七千人。其余的人都感到害怕，把荣耀归给天上的神。

坟墓也开了，许多已睡了的圣徒的身体复活了。耶稣复活以后，他们从坟墓里出来，进了圣城，向许多人显现。百夫长和那些与他一起看守耶稣的人，看见地震和所发生的事，就极其惧怕，说：“这个人真是神的儿子！”

我又观看，羔羊打开第六个封印的时候，发生了大地震。太阳变黑像粗毛布，整个月亮变得像血。

顷刻之间，万军之耶和华必突然用雷霆、地震、巨响、旋风、狂风和吞噬的火焰来惩罚他们。

他们祷告完了，聚集的地方就被震动，大家都被圣灵充满，就坦然无惧地传讲神的话语。

那时，你们看见了就心里欢喜，你们的骨头必像嫩草一样兴盛；耶和华的手必向他的仆人们显明，他必对他的仇敌恼怒。看哪！耶和华必在烈火中临到，他的战车好像旋风，为要在怒火中施行他愤怒的报应，在火焰中发出他的斥责；因为耶和华必以烈火和他的刀剑审判一切有血肉的；那时被耶和华所杀的人会很多。

耶和华必使人听见他威严的声音，又以猛烈的怒气、吞噬的火焰、暴雨、狂风和石头般的冰雹，使人看见他抡下来的膀臂。

一个民族要起来反对另一个民族，一个国家要起来反对另一个国家；到处都会有饥荒和地震。

有喧嚷的声音出自城内，有声音出于殿中；那是耶和华正向他仇敌施行报应的声音！

你们并不是来到了摸得着的山、燃烧着的火、阴云、幽暗、风暴、号角的响声和说话的声音面前——那些听见这声音的人，都恳求不要再向他们说话了，

接着，我听见有大声音从圣所中传来，对那七位天使说：“你们去，把神愤怒的七碗倒在地上。”第一位天使离去，把他的碗倒在地上，就有又恶又毒的疮，长在那些带有兽的印记并膜拜兽像的人身上。第二位天使把他的碗倒在海里，海水就变得像死人的血那样，海中所有的生物都死了。第三位天使把他的碗倒在江河和众水的泉源上，水就变成血。接着，我听见那位统管众水的天使说：“今在、昔在的圣者啊，你是公义的，因为你判定了这些事，又因为他们曾流了圣徒们和先知们的血，现在你给了他们血喝，这是他们该受的。”随后，我听见祭坛说：“是的，主、神、全能者啊，你的审判是真实的、公义的！”第四位天使把他的碗倒在太阳上，太阳就被准许用火灼烤人。人们被大炎热灼烤，就亵渎了那有权柄统管这些灾害的神的名；他们也不悔改，不把荣耀归给他。第五位天使把他的碗倒在那兽的宝座上，兽的国就变成黑暗了，人们因痛苦而咬自己的舌头。他们因自己的痛苦、因自己的疮而亵渎了天上的神，还是不悔改离开自己的行为。第六位天使把他的碗倒在幼发拉底大河上，河水就干了，好为那些从东方来的众君王预备道路。随后，我看见三个污灵，好像青蛙，来自龙的口、兽的口和那假先知的口。其实它们是鬼魔的灵，能行奇迹；它们出去到普天下的众君王那里，召集他们参与神、全能者大日子的战争。“看哪，我要来临，就像贼来临那样！那警醒并保持衣着在身，免得赤身行走被人看见他羞处的，这样的人是蒙福的。”于是，那些鬼魔的灵把众君王都召集到一个地方；希伯来语叫做“哈米吉多顿”。第七位天使把他的碗倒在空中，就有大声音从圣所中的宝座上传来，说：“成了！”随后有闪电、声音和雷鸣，又发生了大地震，自从地上有人以来，没有发生过如此大、如此厉害的地震。那大城裂为三个部分，列国的城市也都倒塌了。神也想起大巴比伦，要把自己烈怒之酒的杯子递给她。所有的海岛都逃避了，山岭也不见了。又有重约四十公斤的大冰雹，从天上落在人身上；由于这冰雹的灾害，人们就亵渎了神，因为这灾害极其厉害。

“我来是要把火投在地上，我多么希望这火已经点燃了！
