The one who eats everything must not treat with contempt the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted them.

The person who eats everything must not look down on the one who does not. And the one who doesn’t eat everything must not judge the person who does. That’s because God has accepted them.

Let not the one who eats despise the one who abstains, and let not the one who abstains pass judgment on the one who eats, for God has welcomed him.

Those who feel free to eat anything must not look down on those who don’t. And those who don’t eat certain foods must not condemn those who do, for God has accepted them.

耶稣向那些仗着自己是义人，藐视别人的，设一个比喻，

你这个人，为什么论断弟兄呢？又为什么轻看弟兄呢？因我们都要站在神的台前。

因此，基督为他死的那软弱弟兄，也就因你的知识沉沦了。你们这样得罪弟兄们，伤了他们软弱的良心，就是得罪基督。所以，食物若叫我弟兄跌倒，我就永远不吃肉，免得叫我弟兄跌倒了。

所以，我们不可再彼此论断，宁可定意谁也不给弟兄放下绊脚跌人之物。

你若因食物叫弟兄忧愁，就不是按着爱人的道理行。基督已经替他死，你不可因你的食物叫他败坏。

“你们不要论断人，免得你们被论断。因为你们怎样论断人，也必怎样被论断；你们用什么量器量给人，也必用什么量器量给你们。

“你们要小心，不可轻看这小子里的一个；我告诉你们，他们的使者在天上，常见我天父的面。

我说的良心不是你的，乃是他的。我这自由为什么被别人的良心论断呢？我若谢恩而吃，为什么因我谢恩的物被人毁谤呢？

所以，不拘在饮食上，或节期、月朔、安息日都不可让人论断你们。这些原是后事的影儿；那形体却是基督。

无论是吃肉是喝酒，是什么别的事，叫弟兄跌倒，一概不做才好。

彼得就开口说：“我真看出神是不偏待人。

那时，约翰的门徒来见耶稣，说：“我们和法利赛人常常禁食，你的门徒倒不禁食，这是为什么呢？”

谁藐视这日的事为小呢？这七眼乃是耶和华的眼睛，遍察全地，见所罗巴伯手拿线铊就欢喜。”

彼得还说这话的时候，圣灵降在一切听道的人身上。

约翰来了，也不吃也不喝，人就说他是被鬼附着的；人子来了，也吃也喝，人又说他是贪食好酒的人，是税吏和罪人的朋友。但智慧之子总以智慧为是。”

知道人心的神也为他们作了见证，赐圣灵给他们，正如给我们一样；又藉着信洁净了他们的心，并不分他们我们。
