不僅如此，連我們這些有聖靈為初熟果子的人，也在自己裡面呻吟嘆息，熱切等待得到兒子的名份，就是等待我們的身體得蒙救贖。

不第此也、我儕獲聖神之初實者、亦中心太息、以俟得成為子、即我身之贖焉、

不第此、我儕初得聖神者、亦心歎望眾子之顯、吾身之贖焉、

不第此也、即我儕已得聖神之初果者、中心自歎、望得義子之位、即我身之贖也、

不惟萬物為然、即在新受聖神妙果之吾人、亦莫不呻吟嘆息於心靈深處、而以如飢若渴之情緒、期待兒女身分之完成、即肉身之被贖是已。

Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies.

And that’s not all. We have the Holy Spirit as the promise of future blessing. But we also groan inside ourselves. We do this as we look forward to the time when God adopts us as full members of his family. Then he will give us everything he has for us. He will raise our bodies and give glory to them.

And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies.

And we believers also groan, even though we have the Holy Spirit within us as a foretaste of future glory, for we long for our bodies to be released from sin and suffering. We, too, wait with eager hope for the day when God will give us our full rights as his adopted children, including the new bodies he has promised us.

Not only that, but we ourselves who have the Spirit as the firstfruits— we also groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for adoption, the redemption of our bodies.

And not only that, but also we ourselves, having the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons and daughters, the redemption of our body.

Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body.

And not only so, but ourselves also, who have the first- fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for our adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him. (niv)

For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. (niv)

who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession— to the praise of his glory. (niv)

What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death? (niv)

But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ,who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body. (niv)
