Daughters of Jerusalem, I charge you— if you find my beloved, what will you tell him? Tell him I am faint with love.

Women of Jerusalem, make me a promise. If you find the one who loves me, tell him our love has made me weak.”

I adjure you, O daughters of Jerusalem, if you find my beloved, that you tell him I am sick with love.

Make this promise, O women of Jerusalem— If you find my lover, tell him I am weak with love.

Young women of Jerusalem, I charge you, if you find my love, tell him that I am lovesick.

Swear to me, you daughters of Jerusalem, If you find my beloved, As to what you will tell him: For I am lovesick.”

Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently. But watch yourselves, or you also may be tempted.Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. (niv)

You, God, are my God, earnestly I seek you; I thirst for you, my whole being longs for you, in a dry and parched land where there is no water.I have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your power and your glory.Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you. (niv)

Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. (niv)

My soul faints with longing for your salvation, but I have put my hope in your word.My eyes fail, looking for your promise; I say,“ When will you comfort me?”Though I am like a wineskin in the smoke, I do not forget your decrees. (niv)
