As for you, Titus, promote the kind of living that reflects wholesome teaching.

But you are to proclaim things consistent with sound teaching.

But as for you, proclaim the things which are fitting for sound doctrine.

But speak thou the things which befit the sound doctrine:

But you must say the things that are consistent with sound teaching.

But as for you, communicate the behavior that goes with sound teaching.

But say the things which fit sound doctrine,

What you heard from me, keep as the pattern of sound teaching, with faith and love in Christ Jesus. (niv)

If anyone teaches otherwise and does not agree to the sound instruction of our Lord Jesus Christ and to godly teaching, (niv)

He must hold firmly to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that he can encourage others by sound doctrine and refute those who oppose it. (niv)

This is a trustworthy saying. And I want you to stress these things, so that those who have trusted in God may be careful to devote themselves to doing what is good. These things are excellent and profitable for everyone. (niv)

for the sexually immoral, for those practicing homosexuality, for slave traders and liars and perjurers— and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine (niv)

For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people.It teaches us to say“ No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age,while we wait for the blessed hope— the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ,who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.
