我又折断称为“联索”的那根杖，表明我废弃犹大与以色列弟兄的情谊。

我又折断第二根杖，就是称为“联合”的那根杖，表明我废弃犹大与以色列弟兄间的情谊。

我又把那根叫“联合”的杖折断，以断开犹大和以色列之间的手足之情。

Then I broke my second staff called Union, breaking the family bond between Judah and Israel.

瑪拿西吞噬以法蓮、以法蓮吞噬瑪拿西、二者同攻猶大、然其怒未息、其手尚伸焉、

若心懷嫉很朋黨、則勿誇勿誑、以敵真理、

人子歟、其取一杖、書於上曰、是為猶大、及同儕以色列族、又取一杖、書於上曰、是為約瑟之以法蓮、及同儕以色列全家、連此二杖、成為一杖、在於爾手、爾民族問爾曰、作此何意、不示我乎、則告之曰、主耶和華云、我必取以法蓮手中、約瑟與其同儕以色列支派之杖、置於猶大之杖、連之為一、在於我手、成為一杖、爾所書之二杖、當執於手、俾眾目睹、

爾中之戰鬥爭競、奚自哉、非自戰於爾百體中之慾乎、爾欲而不得、爾殺爾嫉而不能得、戰鬥也、爭競也、爾之無所得者、以爾不求也、爾求而不得、以爾妄求、欲用之於爾慾也、

我則飼此將宰之羊、其羊誠為困苦、遂取二杖、一曰榮美、一曰維繫、而飼斯羊、

人多顚躓、相陷相憾、

蓋媢嫉朋黨所在、必有紛亂與諸惡行、

以法蓮之妒必泯、猶大之敵必絕、以法蓮不妒猶大、猶大不擾以法蓮、

若爾相吞噬、恐相淪亡、爾其慎之、○

我則曰、必不飼爾、死者聽其死、亡者聽其亡、其餘任其相食、

言竟、法利賽人、與撒都該人、互起爭端、眾遂分歧、蓋撒都該人言無復起、無天使、無神靈、而法利賽人言皆有之、乃大喧譁、法利賽黨之士子數人、起而爭曰、我見此人無惡、或有神靈、或天使、與之言乎、時、大起紛爭、千夫長恐保羅被眾扯裂、命軍士下、於眾中奪之、引之入營、○
