我問那與我說話的天使，說：“我主啊，這些是甚麼？”

我應聲問那跟我說話的天使說：『主啊，這一些是甚麼？』

接著我回應，問那與我說話的天使說：「主啊，這些是什麼意思呢？」

我謂與我言之使曰、我主、此維何、

我問與我言之天使曰、我主、斯何意與、

我問與我言之天使曰、我主、此何意、

I asked the angel who talked with me,“ What are these, my lord?”

I asked the angel who was talking with me,“ Sir, what are these?”

And I said to the angel who talked with me,“ What are these, my lord?”

Then I asked the angel,“ What are these, my lord? What do they mean?”

Then I asked the angel who was speaking with me,“ What are these, my lord?”

Then I said to the angel who was speaking with me, saying,“ What are these, my lord?”

So I answered and spoke to the angel who talked with me, saying,“ What are these, my Lord?”

And I answered and spake to the angel that talked with me, saying, What are these, my lord?

Then I asked the angel who was speaking with me,“ What are these, my lord?”

So I answered and spake to the angel that talked with me, saying, What[ are] these, my lord?

Then I asked the messenger who spoke with me,“ What are these, sir?”

I answered and spoke to the angel who talked with me, saying,“ What are these, my lord?”

I asked,“ What are these, my lord?” The angel who was talking with me answered,“ I will show you what they are.” (niv)

I asked the angel who was speaking to me,“ What are these, my lord?” (niv)

I asked the angel who was speaking to me,“ What are these?” He answered me,“ These are the horns that scattered Judah, Israel and Jerusalem.” (niv)

I heard, but I did not understand. So I asked,“ My lord, what will the outcome of all this be?” (niv)

Then one of the elders asked me,“ These in white robes— who are they, and where did they come from?”I answered,“ Sir, you know.” And he said,“ These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. (niv)

Again I asked him,“ What are these two olive branches beside the two gold pipes that pour out golden oil?”He replied,“ Do you not know what these are?”“ No, my lord,” I said.So he said,“ These are the two who are anointed to serve the Lord of all the earth.” (niv)

I approached one of those standing there and asked him the meaning of all this.“ So he told me and gave me the interpretation of these things:‘ The four great beasts are four kings that will rise from the earth.But the holy people of the Most High will receive the kingdom and will possess it forever— yes, for ever and ever.’“ Then I wanted to know the meaning of the fourth beast, which was different from all the others and most terrifying, with its iron teeth and bronze claws— the beast that crushed and devoured its victims and trampled underfoot whatever was left. (niv)

I asked,“ What is it?” He replied,“ It is a basket.” And he added,“ This is the iniquity of the people throughout the land.” (niv)

Then he left the crowd and went into the house. His disciples came to him and said,“ Explain to us the parable of the weeds in the field.” (niv)
