Then he said to me,“ This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of hosts.

他对我说：“这是耶和华对所罗巴伯所说的话：‘不是倚靠权势，不是倚靠能力，而是倚靠我的灵。’这是万军之耶和华说的。

他對我說：“這是耶和華對所羅巴伯所說的話：‘不是倚靠權勢，不是倚靠能力，而是倚靠我的靈。’這是萬軍之耶和華說的。

他應聲告訴我說：『這是永恆主的話、向所羅巴伯說的：萬軍之永恆主說；不是依靠權勢，不是倚靠能力，乃是倚靠我的靈。

他應聲告訴我說：「這是耶和華對所羅巴伯說的話：『不是靠勢力，不是靠能力，而是靠我的靈。』萬軍之耶和華說：

彼曰、此乃耶和華諭所羅巴伯之言曰、非以權勢、非以能力、乃藉我神、萬軍之耶和華言之矣、

耶和華論所羅把伯、云萬有之主耶和華曰、非以能力、乃以我神、

彼謂我曰、其意即主所諭所羅巴伯云、萬有之主曰、非以勢、非以能、乃以我之神也、非以勢非以能乃以我之神也或作非恃能非恃力乃恃我之神事始能成

So he said to me,“ This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel:‘ Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the Lord Almighty.

So he said to me,“ A message from the Lord came to Zerubbabel. The Lord said,‘ Your strength will not get my temple rebuilt. Your power will not do it either. Only the power of my Spirit will do it,’ says the Lord who rules over all.

Then he said to me,“ This is what the Lord says to Zerubbabel: It is not by force nor by strength, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.

So he answered me,“ This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel:‘ Not by strength or by might, but by my Spirit,’ says the LORD of Armies.

Then he said to me,“ This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel, saying,‘ Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of armies.

So he answered and said to me:“ This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel:‘ Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the Lord of hosts.

Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of Jehovah unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, saith Jehovah of hosts.

So he answered me,“ This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel:‘ Not by strength or by might, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of Hosts.

Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This[ is] the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.

Therefore he told me,“ These signify the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel:‘ Not by strength and not by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the LORD who rules over all.”

Then he answered and spoke to me, saying,“ This is Yahweh’s word to Zerubbabel, saying,‘ Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says Yahweh of Armies.

“ Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or dismayed before the king of Assyria and all the horde that is with him, for there are more with us than with him.With him is an arm of flesh, but with us is the Lord our God, to help us and to fight our battles.” And the people took confidence from the words of Hezekiah king of Judah.

For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds.We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ,

and my speech and my message were not in plausible words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power,so that your faith might not rest in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.

And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord.And his delight shall be in the fear of the Lord. He shall not judge by what his eyes see, or decide disputes by what his ears hear,but with righteousness he shall judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth; and he shall strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips he shall kill the wicked.

The king is not saved by his great army; a warrior is not delivered by his great strength.

Our soul waits for the Lord; he is our help and our shield.For our heart is glad in him, because we trust in his holy name.

Now I know that the Lord saves his anointed; he will answer him from his holy heaven with the saving might of his right hand.Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.They collapse and fall, but we rise and stand upright.

But I will have mercy on the house of Judah, and I will save them by the Lord their God. I will not save them by bow or by sword or by war or by horses or by horsemen.”

“ Speak now to Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and to all the remnant of the people, and say,‘ Who is left among you who saw this house in its former glory? How do you see it now? Is it not as nothing in your eyes?Yet now be strong, O Zerubbabel, declares the Lord. Be strong, O Joshua, son of Jehozadak, the high priest. Be strong, all you people of the land, declares the Lord. Work, for I am with you, declares the Lord of hosts,according to the covenant that I made with you when you came out of Egypt. My Spirit remains in your midst. Fear not.

And Asa cried to the Lord his God,“ O Lord, there is none like you to help, between the mighty and the weak. Help us, O Lord our God, for we rely on you, and in your name we have come against this multitude. O Lord, you are our God; let not man prevail against you.”

for not by their own sword did they win the land, nor did their own arm save them, but your right hand and your arm, and the light of your face, for you delighted in them.You are my King, O God; ordain salvation for Jacob!Through you we push down our foes; through your name we tread down those who rise up against us.For not in my bow do I trust, nor can my sword save me.But you have saved us from our foes and have put to shame those who hate us.

Then he said to me,“ Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. Behold, they say,‘ Our bones are dried up, and our hope is lost; we are indeed cut off.’Therefore prophesy, and say to them, Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I will open your graves and raise you from your graves, O my people. And I will bring you into the land of Israel.And you shall know that I am the Lord, when I open your graves, and raise you from your graves, O my people.And I will put my Spirit within you, and you shall live, and I will place you in your own land. Then you shall know that I am the Lord; I have spoken, and I will do it, declares the Lord.”

“ Ah, stubborn children,” declares the Lord,“ who carry out a plan, but not mine, and who make an alliance, but not of my Spirit, that they may add sin to sin;

until the Spirit is poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness becomes a fruitful field, and the fruitful field is deemed a forest.

Then Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel and Jeshua the son of Jozadak arose and began to rebuild the house of God that is in Jerusalem, and the prophets of God were with them, supporting them.

But they rebelled and grieved his Holy Spirit; therefore he turned to be their enemy, and himself fought against them.Then he remembered the days of old, of Moses and his people. Where is he who brought them up out of the sea with the shepherds of his flock? Where is he who put in the midst of them his Holy Spirit,who caused his glorious arm to go at the right hand of Moses, who divided the waters before them to make for himself an everlasting name,who led them through the depths? Like a horse in the desert, they did not stumble.Like livestock that go down into the valley, the Spirit of the Lord gave them rest. So you led your people, to make for yourself a glorious name.

“ Let the Lord, the God of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the congregation

It was revealed to them that they were serving not themselves but you, in the things that have now been announced to you through those who preached the good news to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven, things into which angels long to look.

For I have bent Judah as my bow; I have made Ephraim its arrow. I will stir up your sons, O Zion, against your sons, O Greece, and wield you like a warrior’s sword.Then the Lord will appear over them, and his arrow will go forth like lightning; the Lord God will sound the trumpet and will march forth in the whirlwinds of the south.The Lord of hosts will protect them, and they shall devour, and tread down the sling stones, and they shall drink and roar as if drunk with wine, and be full like a bowl, drenched like the corners of the altar.
