昔耶路撒冷及四周之邑、南方平原、隨在有民居處、無不安綏、我耶和華使古先知、不既言之詳乎、

当耶路撒冷和四围的城邑有居民，正兴盛，南地高原有人居住的时候，耶和华藉从前的先知所宣告的话，你们不当听吗？’”

当耶路撒冷和四围的城镇有人居住，享繁荣，尼革夫和谢非拉也有人居住的时候，耶和华藉从前的先知所宣告的，你们不当听吗？’”

當耶路撒冷和四圍的城邑有居民，正興盛，南地高原有人居住的時候，耶和華藉從前的先知所宣告的話，你們不當聽嗎？』」

當耶路撒冷和四圍的城鎮有人居住，享繁榮，尼革夫和謝非拉也有人居住的時候，耶和華藉從前的先知所宣告的，你們不當聽嗎？』」

當耶路撒冷和它四圍的城市都有人居住、而且優遊興盛，南地和低原也都有人居住時，永恆主的話、由從前的神言人經手宣告的、你們不應當聽麼？』

這些話語難道不是耶和華藉著先前的眾先知所宣告的嗎？那時，耶路撒冷和四圍的各城都有人居住，並且很安穩，南地和高地也有人居住。』」

耶和華藉古先知所宣之言、爾不宜聽之乎、其時耶路撒冷及四周之邑、有居民、且興盛、南土平原、亦有居民焉、○

昔耶路撒冷及四圍之邑、尚有居民享平康、南方與平原平原或作窪地尚有人居、此言主豈未曾藉古先知宣告於眾乎、

Are these not the words the Lord proclaimed through the earlier prophets when Jerusalem and its surrounding towns were at rest and prosperous, and the Negev and the western foothills were settled?’”

Didn’t I tell you the same thing through the earlier prophets? That was when Jerusalem and the towns around it were at rest and enjoyed success. People lived in the Negev Desert and the western hills at that time.’ ”

Were not these the words that the Lord proclaimed by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and prosperous, with her cities around her, and the South and the lowland were inhabited?’”

Isn’t this the same message the Lord proclaimed through the prophets in years past when Jerusalem and the towns of Judah were bustling with people, and the Negev and the foothills of Judah were well populated?’”

Aren’t these the words that the LORD proclaimed through the earlier prophets when Jerusalem was inhabited and secure, along with its surrounding cities, and when the southern region and the Judean foothills were inhabited?”

Are these not the words which the Lord proclaimed by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and carefree along with its cities around it, and the Negev and the foothills were inhabited?’ ”

Should you not have obeyed the words which the Lord proclaimed through the former prophets when Jerusalem and the cities around it were inhabited and prosperous, and the South and the Lowland were inhabited?’”

Should ye not hear the words which Jehovah cried by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and in prosperity, and the cities thereof round about her, and the South and the lowland were inhabited?

Aren’t these the words that the Lord proclaimed through the earlier prophets when Jerusalem was inhabited and secure, along with its surrounding cities, and when the southern region and the Judean foothills were inhabited?”

[ Should ye] not[ hear] the words which the LORD hath cried by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and in prosperity, and the cities thereof round about her, when[ men] inhabited the south and the plain?

Should you not have obeyed the words that the LORD cried out through the former prophets when Jerusalem was peacefully inhabited and her surrounding cities, the Negev, and the Shephelah were also populated?

Aren’t these the words which Yahweh proclaimed by the former prophets, when Jerusalem was inhabited and in prosperity, and its cities around her, and the South and the lowland were inhabited?’”

自猶大諸邑、耶路撒冷四周、及便雅憫地、或山岡、或平原、或南方、人將至、攜燔祭禮物、芬芳之品、入我殿宇、揄揚我名。

當盥手潔心、滌爾污俗、棄惡歸善、公義是行、受人虐遇者、必加援手、孤子嫠婦、必伸其冤。

我所諭者、及使其敬聽我言、我必為其上帝、彼將為我民、如遵我命、必獲享通。

如爾改行易為、彼此行義、

爰及南方、耶利哥谷之平原、即棗城、出至瑣耳、俱示摩西俾其觀瞻。

先知曰、耶和華離民不遠、將加眷顧、爾當乘時祈求。作惡者流、當改其行、寢其謀、歸誠耶和華我之上帝、蓋彼矜恤為懷、必赦宥之。

我耶和華不悅斯民、忿怒震烈、必降以災、其日伊邇、流光荏苒、譬諸飄風、簸揚秕糠、我命未出、爾當自省、而悔厥過、斯土之民、謙卑遜順、守我法度、當祈求我、專務仁義、撝謙不已、則我耶和華降災之日、庶可得免。

爾臣僕諸先知、藉爾之名、告我王公祖父國民之語、我不聽從、主秉公義、惟我儕猶大人耶路撒冷居民、以色列族眾、無論遐邇、因犯罪愆、為爾驅逐、星散於四方、俱當含羞、今日之事為證。我與我王公列祖、獲罪乎主、必當抱愧蒙羞、我主我上帝矜憫為懷、恆加赦宥、我儕違逆、不遵我之上帝耶和華、不從爾臣僕諸先知訓我之律例、我以色列眾犯爾律法、不遵爾命、我既獲罪、故爾僕摩西律例所載之咒詛、臨於我躬、爾素責我、及我士師、必降大災、今已應矣、降罰耶路撒冷、較天下民尤嚴、摩西律例所載諸災、加乎我躬、我猶不禱告我上帝耶和華、未悛我前愆、未學爾真理、故耶和華專其心思、降災於我、蓋我之上帝耶和華、恆秉大公、見我不遵命、遂降禍患、

我耶和華必鞫以色列族、視人所為、降以刑罰、故當悛改、免陷於罪、以致滅亡。以色列族乎、當革爾惡行、新爾心神、奚為自取其死。人死於罪、我所不悅、故當悛改、保爾生命、我耶和華已言之矣。

以色列族因蹈愆尤、遂致殞沒、當歸誠爾之上帝耶和華、籲告之曰、請宥我愆、加以恩寵、口為頌祝、以代牲牷。我不求救於亞述、不恃驍騎、不稱所作之像為我上帝、無父之子、惟爾矜憫、

我之所云、宜傾耳以聽、歸誠於我。則可得生、我與爾立永約、昔我許大闢、錫以實惠、今將賜汝、

民曰我欲崇拜至上之上帝耶和華、當獻何物、豈可以燔祭盈歲之犢、臚陳於前哉、抑耶和華將以牡綿羊數千為悅、或以萬溪流油為悅、我當以初產之嬰孩、贖我愆尤、抑以親生之骨肉、贖我邪念乎。曰人所當為者、言之已彰彰矣、耶和華願爾無他、惟秉公義、矜憫為懷、退抑以事上帝。

爾當遷善避惡、則可得生、萬有之主耶和華祐爾、以應爾所言、惡惡好善、在彼公庭、秉諸公義、庶幾萬有之主耶和華、矜憫約瑟之遺民。

耶和華又曰、在山谷諸邑、南方諸邑、便雅憫地、耶路撒冷四周、猶大諸邑、群羊必為牧者所守。

自約西亞之時、迄於今日、我所告爾、論以色列猶大與眾國之語、爾當取卷、書之於上、庶幾猶大人民、聞我降災、改厥惡行、望我赦宥。

平康之時、我曾語爾、惟爾不聽、自肇造邦國、以迄於今、爾不從我言、所為若是。

當告斯民云、萬有之主耶和華曰、爾歸誠於我、我必復加眷顧、我萬有之主耶和華已言之矣、爾勿效祖所為、古先知告之曰、萬有之主耶和華云、棄惡勿作、彼不聽從、爾之列祖、於今安在、古之先知、豈得永存、昔我使我僕先知傅命、言必降災、斯災已及爾祖、彼遂悛悔、自謂萬有之主耶和華所立之旨、欲降以災、罰我所為、今及我躬矣、
