“ Then I will purify the lips of the peoples, that all of them may call on the name of the Lord and serve him shoulder to shoulder.

“ But then I will purify what all the nations say. And they will use their words to worship me. They will serve me together.

“ For at that time I will change the speech of the peoples to a pure speech, that all of them may call upon the name of the Lord and serve him with one accord.

“ Then I will purify the speech of all people, so that everyone can worship the Lord together.

For I will then restore pure speech to the peoples so that all of them may call on the name of the LORD and serve him with a single purpose.

For then I will restore to the peoples pure lips, So that all of them may call on the name of the Lord, To serve Him shoulder to shoulder.

“ For then I will restore to the peoples a pure language, That they all may call on the name of the Lord, To serve Him with one accord.

For then will I turn to the peoples of a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of Jehovah, to serve him with one consent.

For I will then restore pure speech to the peoples so that all of them may call on the name of Yahweh and serve Him with a single purpose.

For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve him with one consent.

Know for sure that I will then enable the nations to give me acceptable praise. All of them will invoke the LORD’s name when they pray, and will worship him in unison.

For then I will purify the lips of the peoples, that they may all call on Yahweh’s name, to serve him shoulder to shoulder.

Now the whole world had one language and a common speech. (niv)

All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the Lord, and all the families of the nations will bow down before him, (niv)

In that day five cities in Egypt will speak the language of Canaan and swear allegiance to the Lord Almighty. One of them will be called the City of the Sun. (niv)

For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. (niv)

“ Many nations will be joined with the Lord in that day and will become my people. I will live among you and you will know that the Lord Almighty has sent me to you. (niv)

This is what the Lord Almighty says:“ Many peoples and the inhabitants of many cities will yet come,and the inhabitants of one city will go to another and say,‘ Let us go at once to entreat the Lord and seek the Lord Almighty. I myself am going.’And many peoples and powerful nations will come to Jerusalem to seek the Lord Almighty and to entreat him.”This is what the Lord Almighty says:“ In those days ten people from all languages and nations will take firm hold of one Jew by the hem of his robe and say,‘ Let us go with you, because we have heard that God is with you.’” (niv)

All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven.When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard their own language being spoken.Utterly amazed, they asked:“ Aren’t all these who are speaking Galileans?Then how is it that each of us hears them in our native language?Parthians, Medes and Elamites; residents of Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia,Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya near Cyrene; visitors from Rome( both Jews and converts to Judaism); Cretans and Arabs— we hear them declaring the wonders of God in our own tongues!”Amazed and perplexed, they asked one another,“ What does this mean?”Some, however, made fun of them and said,“ They have had too much wine.” (niv)

All the nations you have made will come and worship before you, Lord; they will bring glory to your name.For you are great and do marvelous deeds; you alone are God. (niv)

so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God.For I tell you that Christ has become a servant of the Jews on behalf of God’s truth, so that the promises made to the patriarchs might be confirmedand, moreover, that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy. As it is written:“ Therefore I will praise you among the Gentiles; I will sing the praises of your name.”Again, it says,“ Rejoice, you Gentiles, with his people.”And again,“ Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles; let all the peoples extol him.” (niv)

The Lord will be king over the whole earth. On that day there will be one Lord, and his name the only name. (niv)

Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. (niv)

The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said:“ The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign for ever and ever.” (niv)

A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him. (niv)

From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets, the name of the Lord is to be praised. (niv)

The Lord will be awesome to them when he destroys all the gods of the earth. Distant nations will bow down to him, all of them in their own lands. (niv)

“ As for the foreigner who does not belong to your people Israel but has come from a distant land because of your name—for they will hear of your great name and your mighty hand and your outstretched arm— when they come and pray toward this temple,then hear from heaven, your dwelling place. Do whatever the foreigner asks of you, so that all the peoples of the earth may know your name and fear you, as do your own people Israel, and may know that this house I have built bears your Name. (niv)

Lord, my strength and my fortress, my refuge in time of distress, to you the nations will come from the ends of the earth and say,“ Our ancestors possessed nothing but false gods, worthless idols that did them no good. (niv)
