2 Samuel 5:1 - Representantes de todas as tribos de Israel foram dizer a Davi, em Hebrom: “Somos sangue do teu sangue .
2 Samuel 5:2 - No passado, mesmo quando Saul era rei, eras tu quem liderava Israel em suas batalhas. E o Senhor te disse: ‘Você pastoreará Israel, o meu povo, e será o seu governante’ ”.
2 Samuel 5:3 - Então todas as autoridades de Israel foram ao encontro do rei Davi em Hebrom; o rei fez um acordo com eles em Hebrom perante o Senhor, e eles ungiram Davi rei de Israel.
2 Samuel 19:6 - Amas os que te odeiam e odeias os que te amam. Hoje deixaste claro que os comandantes e os seus soldados nada significam para ti. Vejo que ficarias satisfeito se, hoje, Absalão estivesse vivo e todos nós estivéssemos mortos.
2 Samuel 3:27 - Quando Abner retornou a Hebrom, Joabe o chamou à parte, na porta da cidade, sob o pretexto de falar-lhe em particular, e ali mesmo o feriu no estômago. E Abner morreu por ter derramado o sangue de Asael, irmão de Joabe.
2 Samuel 3:21 - Disse então Abner a Davi: “Deixa que eu me vá e reúna todo o Israel, meu senhor, para que façam um acordo contigo, ó rei, e reines sobre tudo o que desejares”. Davi o deixou ir, e ele se foi em paz.
1 Crônicas 12:38 - Todos esses eram homens de combate e se apresentaram voluntariamente para servir nas fileiras. Vieram a Hebrom totalmente decididos a fazer de Davi rei sobre todo o Israel. E todos os outros israelitas tinham esse mesmo propósito.
1 Crônicas 12:39 - Ficaram com Davi três dias, comendo e bebendo, pois as suas famílias haviam fornecido provisões para eles.
1 Crônicas 12:40 - Os habitantes das tribos vizinhas e também de lugares distantes como Issacar, Zebulom e Naftali, trouxeram-lhes muitas provisões em jumentos, camelos, mulas e bois. Havia grande fartura de suprimentos: farinha, bolos de figo, bolos de uvas passas, vinho, azeite, bois e ovelhas, pois havia grande alegria em Israel.
