  • Acts of the Apostles 5:30 - The God of our ancestors raised Jesus from the dead after you killed him by hanging him on a cross.
  • Acts of the Apostles 5:31 - Then God put him in the place of honor at his right hand as Prince and Savior. He did this so the people of Israel would repent of their sins and be forgiven.
  • Acts of the Apostles 5:32 - We are witnesses of these things and so is the Holy Spirit, who is given by God to those who obey him.”
  • John 5:22 - In addition, the Father judges no one. Instead, he has given the Son absolute authority to judge,
  • John 5:23 - so that everyone will honor the Son, just as they honor the Father. Anyone who does not honor the Son is certainly not honoring the Father who sent him.
  • John 5:24 - “I tell you the truth, those who listen to my message and believe in God who sent me have eternal life. They will never be condemned for their sins, but they have already passed from death into life.
  • John 5:25 - “And I assure you that the time is coming, indeed it’s here now, when the dead will hear my voice—the voice of the Son of God. And those who listen will live.
  • John 5:26 - The Father has life in himself, and he has granted that same life-giving power to his Son.
  • John 5:27 - And he has given him authority to judge everyone because he is the Son of Man.
  • John 5:28 - Don’t be so surprised! Indeed, the time is coming when all the dead in their graves will hear the voice of God’s Son,
  • John 5:29 - and they will rise again. Those who have done good will rise to experience eternal life, and those who have continued in evil will rise to experience judgment.
  • Matthew 25:31 - “But when the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit upon his glorious throne.
  • Matthew 25:32 - All the nations will be gathered in his presence, and he will separate the people as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.
  • Matthew 25:33 - He will place the sheep at his right hand and the goats at his left.
  • Matthew 25:34 - “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the creation of the world.
  • Matthew 25:35 - For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home.
  • Matthew 25:36 - I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.’
  • Matthew 25:37 - “Then these righteous ones will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you something to drink?
  • Matthew 25:38 - Or a stranger and show you hospitality? Or naked and give you clothing?
  • Matthew 25:39 - When did we ever see you sick or in prison and visit you?’
  • Matthew 25:40 - “And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’
  • Matthew 25:41 - “Then the King will turn to those on the left and say, ‘Away with you, you cursed ones, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his demons.
  • Matthew 25:42 - For I was hungry, and you didn’t feed me. I was thirsty, and you didn’t give me a drink.
  • Matthew 25:43 - I was a stranger, and you didn’t invite me into your home. I was naked, and you didn’t give me clothing. I was sick and in prison, and you didn’t visit me.’
  • Matthew 25:44 - “Then they will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and not help you?’
  • Matthew 25:45 - “And he will answer, ‘I tell you the truth, when you refused to help the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were refusing to help me.’
  • Matthew 25:46 - “And they will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous will go into eternal life.”
  • Acts of the Apostles 4:19 - But Peter and John replied, “Do you think God wants us to obey you rather than him?
  • Acts of the Apostles 4:20 - We cannot stop telling about everything we have seen and heard.”

  • Romans 14:9 - Christ died and rose again for this very purpose—to be Lord both of the living and of the dead.
  • Romans 14:10 - So why do you condemn another believer ? Why do you look down on another believer? Remember, we will all stand before the judgment seat of God.
