Ezekiel 37:24 - “ ‘ “A man who belongs to the family line of my servant David will be their king. All of them will have one shepherd. They will obey my laws. And they will be careful to keep my rules.
Ezekiel 37:25 - They will live in the land I gave to my servant Jacob. That is where your people of long ago lived. They, their children, their children’s children, and their children after them will live there forever. And my servant from David’s family line will be their prince forever.
Amos 9:11 - “The time will come when I will set up David’s fallen shelter. I will repair its broken walls. I will rebuild what was destroyed. I will make it what it used to be.
Ezekiel 34:23 - I will place one shepherd over them. He will belong to the family line of my servant David. He will take good care of them. He will look after them. He will be their shepherd.
Ezekiel 34:24 - I am the Lord. I will be their God. And my servant from David’s family line will be the prince among them. I have spoken. I am the Lord.
2 Samuel 23:5 - “Suppose my royal family was not right with God. Then he would not have made a covenant with me that will last forever. Every part of it was well prepared and made secure. Then God would not have saved me completely or given me everything I longed for.

Psalm 89:19 - You once spoke to your faithful people in a vision. You said, “I have given strength to a soldier. I have raised up a young man from among the people.
Psalm 89:20 - I have found my servant David. I have poured my sacred oil on his head.
Psalm 89:21 - My powerful hand will keep him going. My mighty arm will give him strength.
Psalm 89:22 - No enemy will have the victory over him. No evil person will treat him badly.
Psalm 89:23 - I will crush the king’s enemies. I will completely destroy them.
Psalm 89:24 - I will love him and be faithful to him. Because of me his power will increase.
Psalm 89:25 - I will give him a great kingdom. It will reach from the Mediterranean Sea to the Euphrates River.
Psalm 89:26 - He will call out to me, ‘You are my Father. You are my God. You are my Rock and Savior.’
Psalm 89:27 - I will also make him my oldest son. Among all the kings of the earth, he will be the most important one.
Psalm 89:28 - I will continue to love him forever. I will never break my covenant with him.
Psalm 89:29 - I will make his family line continue forever. His kingdom will last as long as the heavens.
Psalm 89:30 - “What if his sons turn away from my laws and do not follow them?
Psalm 89:31 - What if they disobey my orders and fail to keep my commands?
Psalm 89:32 - Then I will punish them for their sins. I will strike them with a rod. I will whip them for their evil acts.
Psalm 89:33 - But I will not stop loving David. I will always be faithful to him.
Psalm 89:34 - I will not break my covenant. I will not go back on my word.
Psalm 89:35 - Once and for all, I have made a promise. It is based on my holiness. And I will not lie to David.
Psalm 89:36 - His family line will continue forever. His kingdom will last as long as the sun.
Psalm 89:37 - It will last forever like the moon, that faithful witness in the sky.”
Psalm 89:2 - I will tell everyone that your love stands firm forever. I will tell them that you are always faithful, even in heaven itself.
Psalm 89:3 - You said, “Here is the covenant I have made with my chosen one. Here is the promise I have made to my servant David.
Psalm 89:4 - ‘I will make your family line continue forever. I will make your kingdom secure for all time to come.’ ”
Romans 6:9 - We know that Christ was raised from the dead and will never die again. Death doesn’t control him anymore.
Isaiah 55:3 - Listen and come to me. Pay attention to me. Then you will live. I will make a covenant with you that will last forever. I will give you my faithful love. I promised it to David.
