  • Revelation 3:3 - Remember therefore how you have received and heard; hold fast and repent. Therefore if you will not watch, I will come upon you as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come upon you.

  • Luke 21:20 - “But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation is near.
  • Luke 21:21 - Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, let those who are in the midst of her depart, and let not those who are in the country enter her.
  • Luke 21:22 - For these are the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled.
  • Luke 21:23 - But woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing babies in those days! For there will be great distress in the land and wrath upon this people.
  • Luke 21:24 - And they will fall by the edge of the sword, and be led away captive into all nations. And Jerusalem will be trampled by Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.

I will slay the last of them with the sword. He who flees from them shall not get away, And he who escapes from them shall not be delivered.

  • James 4:8 - Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
  • James 4:9 - Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom.
  • James 4:10 - Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.
  • Mark 13:32 - “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
  • Mark 13:33 - Take heed, watch and pray; for you do not know when the time is.
  • Mark 13:34 - It is like a man going to a far country, who left his house and gave authority to his servants, and to each his work, and commanded the doorkeeper to watch.

  • 1 Thessalonians 5:2 - For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night.
  • 1 Thessalonians 5:3 - For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape.
  • 1 Thessalonians 5:4 - But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief.
