Đa-ni-ên 6:4 - Các quần thần và thượng thư cố tìm cách để tố cáo Đa-ni-ên về việc nước, nhưng không tìm thấy một lỗi lầm nào vì Đa-ni-ên liêm khiết và trung tín, không bao giờ phạm lỗi.
Xuất Ai Cập 32:4 - A-rôn làm khuôn, nấu vàng, và đúc tượng một bò con. Dân chúng thấy tượng bò con liền reo lên: “Ít-ra-ên ơi! Đây là vị thần đã đem chúng ta ra khỏi Ai Cập!”
Xuất Ai Cập 32:5 - Thấy thế, A-rôn liền lập một bàn thờ trước tượng bò con, rồi tuyên bố: “Ngày mai chúng ta ăn lễ mừng Chúa Hằng Hữu!”
Xuất Ai Cập 32:6 - Hôm sau họ dậy sớm, dâng của lễ thiêu và lễ vật tri ân, rồi ngồi xuống ăn uống, và cùng nhau đứng dậy chơi đùa.
Dân Số Ký 25:2 - Các phụ nữ mời họ đi dự những buổi tế thần, rồi ăn của cúng và quỳ lạy các thần đó.
Đa-ni-ên 6:6 - Các quần thần và thượng thư vào chầu vua và tâu: “Hoàng đế vạn tuế!
Đa-ni-ên 6:7 - Tất cả quần thần, từ quan viên, thượng thư, quân sư, và tổng trấn đều kính cẩn thỉnh cầu vua ra sắc luật tuyệt đối cấm tất cả thần dân không ai được cầu nguyện với thần nào hoặc người nào khác ngoài vua. Cấm chỉ sẽ có giá trị đúng ba mươi ngày. Ai phạm luật sẽ bị ném vào hang sư tử.
Đa-ni-ên 3:27 - Các thượng thư, quan chỉ huy, tổng trấn, và quân sư xúm lại khám xét ba người ấy, nhưng đều nhìn nhận rằng ngọn lửa chẳng đốt được thân thể của ba người, một sợi tóc cũng không sém, một chiếc áo cũng không nám, cả đến mùi khét của lò lửa cũng không dính vào thân thể họ!
