Job 21:27 - “Behold, I know your thoughts, And the plots you devise against me.
Job 21:28 - For you say, ‘Where is the house of the nobleman, And where is the tent, the dwelling places of the wicked?’
Job 21:29 - Have you not asked travelers, And do you not examine their evidence?
Job 21:30 - For the wicked person is spared a day of disaster; They are led away from a day of fury.
Job 21:31 - Who confronts him with his actions, And who repays him for what he has done?
Job 21:32 - When he is carried to the grave, People will keep watch over his tomb.
Job 21:33 - The clods of the valley will gently cover him; Moreover, all mankind will follow after him, While countless others go before him.
Job 21:34 - So how dare you give me empty comfort? For your answers remain nothing but falsehood!”
Ecclesiastes 4:4 - I have seen that every labor and every skill which is done is the result of rivalry between a person and his neighbor. This too is futility and striving after wind.
Job 24:21 - He wrongs the infertile woman, And does no good for the widow.
Job 24:22 - But He drags off the mighty by His power; He rises, but no one has assurance of life.
Job 24:23 - He provides them with security, and they are supported; And His eyes are on their ways.
Job 24:24 - They are exalted a little while, then they are gone; Moreover, they are brought low, and like everything they are gathered up; Like the heads of grain they wither.
Job 24:25 - Now if it is not so, who can prove me a liar, And make my speech worthless?”
Jeremiah 12:1 - Righteous are You, Lord, when I plead my case with You; Nevertheless I would discuss matters of justice with You: Why has the way of the wicked prospered? Why are all those who deal in treachery at ease?
Psalms 73:12 - Behold, these are the wicked; And always at ease, they have increased in wealth.
Psalms 73:13 - Surely in vain I have kept my heart pure And washed my hands in innocence;
Psalms 73:14 - For I have been stricken all day long, And punished every morning.
Job 21:7 - Why do the wicked still live, Grow old, and also become very powerful?
Ecclesiastes 9:1 - For I have taken all this to my heart, even to examine it all, that righteous people, wise people, and their deeds are in the hand of God. People do not know whether it will be love or hatred; anything awaits them.
Ecclesiastes 9:2 - It is the same for all. There is one fate for the righteous and for the wicked; for the good, for the clean and the unclean; for the person who offers a sacrifice and for the one who does not sacrifice. As the good person is, so is the sinner; the one who swears an oath is just as the one who is afraid to swear an oath.
Ecclesiastes 9:3 - This is an evil in everything that is done under the sun, that there is one fate for everyone. Furthermore, the hearts of the sons of mankind are full of evil, and insanity is in their hearts throughout their lives. Afterward they go to the dead.
Psalms 73:3 - For I was envious of the arrogant As I saw the prosperity of the wicked.
Ecclesiastes 2:14 - The wise person’s eyes are in his head, but the fool walks in darkness. And yet I know that one and the same fate happens to both of them.
Malachi 3:15 - So now we call the arrogant blessed; not only are the doers of wickedness built up, but they also put God to the test and escape punishment.’ ”
Ecclesiastes 7:15 - I have seen everything during my lifetime of futility; there is a righteous person who perishes in his righteousness, and there is a wicked person who prolongs his life in his wickedness.
