  • Zechariah 10:6 - “I (says the Lord) will strengthen the kingdom of Judah and deliver the people of Joseph and will bring them back because of my compassion for them. They will be as though I had never rejected them, for I am the Lord their God and therefore I will hear them.
  • Obadiah 1:17 - But on Mount Zion there will be a remnant of those who escape, and it will be a holy place once again. The descendants of Jacob will conquer those who had conquered them.
  • Obadiah 1:21 - Those who have been delivered will go up on Mount Zion in order to rule over Esau’s mountain. Then the Lord will reign as King!
  • Isaiah 12:1 - At that time you will say: “I praise you, O Lord, for even though you were angry with me, your anger subsided, and you consoled me.
  • Isaiah 12:2 - Look, God is my deliverer! I will trust in him and not fear. For the Lord gives me strength and protects me; he has become my deliverer.”

  • 1 Kings 4:25 - All the people of Judah and Israel had security; everyone from Dan to Beer Sheba enjoyed the produce of their vines and fig trees throughout Solomon’s lifetime.
  • Isaiah 35:9 - No lions will be there, no ferocious wild animals will be on it – they will not be found there. Those delivered from bondage will travel on it,
  • Romans 11:26 - And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: “The Deliverer will come out of Zion; he will remove ungodliness from Jacob.
  • Romans 11:27 - And this is my covenant with them, when I take away their sins.”
  • Hosea 1:7 - But I will have pity on the nation of Judah. I will deliver them by the Lord their God; I will not deliver them by the warrior’s bow, by sword, by military victory, by chariot horses, or by chariots.”
  • Isaiah 45:17 - Israel will be delivered once and for all by the Lord; you will never again be ashamed or humiliated.
  • Luke 1:71 - that we should be saved from our enemies, and from the hand of all who hate us.
  • Luke 1:72 - He has done this to show mercy to our ancestors, and to remember his holy covenant –
  • Luke 1:73 - the oath that he swore to our ancestor Abraham. This oath grants
  • Luke 1:74 - that we, being rescued from the hand of our enemies, may serve him without fear,
  • Psalms 130:7 - O Israel, hope in the Lord, for the Lord exhibits loyal love, and is more than willing to deliver.
  • Psalms 130:8 - He will deliver Israel from all the consequences of their sins.
  • Zechariah 2:4 - and said to him, “Hurry, speak to this young man as follows: ‘Jerusalem will no longer be enclosed by walls because of the multitude of people and animals there.
  • Zechariah 2:5 - But I (the Lord says) will be a wall of fire surrounding Jerusalem and the source of glory in her midst.’”
  • Zechariah 3:10 - In that day,’ says the Lord who rules over all, ‘everyone will invite his friend to fellowship under his vine and under his fig tree.’”
  • Zechariah 14:9 - The Lord will then be king over all the earth. In that day the Lord will be seen as one with a single name.
  • Zechariah 14:10 - All the land will change and become like the Arabah from Geba to Rimmon, south of Jerusalem; and Jerusalem will be raised up and will stay in its own place from the Benjamin Gate to the site of the First Gate and on to the Corner Gate, and from the Tower of Hananel to the royal winepresses.
  • Zechariah 14:11 - And people will settle there, and there will no longer be the threat of divine extermination – Jerusalem will dwell in security.
  • Isaiah 45:24 - they will say about me, “Yes, the Lord is a powerful deliverer.”’” All who are angry at him will cower before him.
  • Isaiah 45:25 - All the descendants of Israel will be vindicated by the Lord and will boast in him.
  • Hosea 2:18 - “At that time I will make a covenant for them with the wild animals, the birds of the air, and the creatures that crawl on the ground. I will abolish the warrior’s bow and sword – that is, every weapon of warfare – from the land, and I will allow them to live securely.”
  • Isaiah 33:22 - For the Lord, our ruler, the Lord, our commander, the Lord, our king – he will deliver us.
  • Isaiah 54:17 - No weapon forged to be used against you will succeed; you will refute everyone who tries to accuse you. This is what the Lord will do for his servants – I will vindicate them,” says the Lord.
  • Isaiah 2:4 - He will judge disputes between nations; he will settle cases for many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks. Nations will not take up the sword against other nations, and they will no longer train for war.
  • Jeremiah 32:37 - ‘I will certainly regather my people from all the countries where I will have exiled them in my anger, fury, and great wrath. I will bring them back to this place and allow them to live here in safety.
  • Jeremiah 30:10 - So I, the Lord, tell you not to be afraid, you descendants of Jacob, my servants. Do not be terrified, people of Israel. For I will rescue you and your descendants from a faraway land where you are captives. The descendants of Jacob will return to their land and enjoy peace. They will be secure and no one will terrify them.
  • Daniel 9:24 - “Seventy weeks have been determined concerning your people and your holy city to put an end to rebellion, to bring sin to completion, to atone for iniquity, to bring in perpetual righteousness, to seal up the prophetic vision, and to anoint a most holy place.
  • 2 Corinthians 5:21 - God made the one who did not know sin to be sin for us, so that in him we would become the righteousness of God.
  • Isaiah 9:6 - For a child has been born to us, a son has been given to us. He shoulders responsibility and is called: Extraordinary Strategist, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
  • Isaiah 7:14 - For this reason the sovereign master himself will give you a confirming sign. Look, this young woman is about to conceive and will give birth to a son. You, young woman, will name him Immanuel.
  • Philippians 3:9 - and be found in him, not because I have my own righteousness derived from the law, but because I have the righteousness that comes by way of Christ’s faithfulness – a righteousness from God that is in fact based on Christ’s faithfulness.

  • Matthew 1:21 - She will give birth to a son and you will name him Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.”
  • Matthew 1:22 - This all happened so that what was spoken by the Lord through the prophet would be fulfilled:
  • Matthew 1:23 - “Look! The virgin will conceive and bear a son, and they will call him Emmanuel,” which means “God with us.”
  • Jeremiah 33:16 - Under his rule Judah will enjoy safety and Jerusalem will live in security. At that time Jerusalem will be called “The Lord has provided us with justice.”
  • 1 Corinthians 1:30 - He is the reason you have a relationship with Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification and redemption,
