Exodus 14:29 - But the Israelites walked on dry ground in the middle of the sea, the water forming a wall for them on their right and on their left.

Numbers 21:31 - So the Israelites lived in the land of the Amorites.

Exodus 14:21 - Moses stretched out his hand toward the sea, and the Lord drove the sea apart by a strong east wind all that night, and he made the sea into dry land, and the water was divided.
Exodus 14:22 - So the Israelites went through the middle of the sea on dry ground, the water forming a wall for them on their right and on their left.
Exodus 14:23 - The Egyptians chased them and followed them into the middle of the sea – all the horses of Pharaoh, his chariots, and his horsemen.
Exodus 14:24 - In the morning watch the Lord looked down on the Egyptian army through the pillar of fire and cloud, and he threw the Egyptian army into a panic.
Exodus 14:25 - He jammed the wheels of their chariots so that they had difficulty driving, and the Egyptians said, “Let’s flee from Israel, for the Lord fights for them against Egypt!”
Exodus 14:26 - The Lord said to Moses, “Extend your hand toward the sea, so that the waters may flow back on the Egyptians, on their chariots, and on their horsemen!”
Exodus 14:27 - So Moses extended his hand toward the sea, and the sea returned to its normal state when the sun began to rise. Now the Egyptians were fleeing before it, but the Lord overthrew the Egyptians in the middle of the sea.
Exodus 14:28 - The water returned and covered the chariots and the horsemen and all the army of Pharaoh that was coming after the Israelites into the sea – not so much as one of them survived!
Exodus 14:29 - But the Israelites walked on dry ground in the middle of the sea, the water forming a wall for them on their right and on their left.
Exodus 14:30 - So the Lord saved Israel on that day from the power of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians dead on the shore of the sea.
Exodus 14:31 - When Israel saw the great power that the Lord had exercised over the Egyptians, they feared the Lord, and they believed in the Lord and in his servant Moses.
Exodus 15:14 - The nations will hear and tremble; anguish will seize the inhabitants of Philistia.
Exodus 15:15 - Then the chiefs of Edom will be terrified, trembling will seize the leaders of Moab, and the inhabitants of Canaan will shake.

Numbers 21:21 - Then Israel sent messengers to King Sihon of the Amorites, saying,
Numbers 21:22 - “Let us pass through your land; we will not turn aside into the fields or into the vineyards, nor will we drink water from any well, but we will go along the King’s Highway until we pass your borders.”
Numbers 21:23 - But Sihon did not permit Israel to pass through his border; he gathered all his forces together and went out against Israel into the wilderness. When he came to Jahaz, he fought against Israel.
Numbers 21:24 - But the Israelites defeated him in battle and took possession of his land from the Arnon to the Jabbok, as far as the Ammonites, for the border of the Ammonites was strongly defended.
Numbers 21:25 - So Israel took all these cities; and Israel settled in all the cities of the Amorites, in Heshbon, and in all its villages.
Numbers 21:26 - For Heshbon was the city of King Sihon of the Amorites. Now he had fought against the former king of Moab and had taken all of his land from his control, as far as the Arnon.
Numbers 21:27 - That is why those who speak in proverbs say, “Come to Heshbon, let it be built. Let the city of Sihon be established!
Numbers 21:28 - For fire went out from Heshbon, a flame from the city of Sihon. It has consumed Ar of Moab and the lords of the high places of Arnon.
Numbers 21:29 - Woe to you, Moab. You are ruined, O people of Chemosh! He has made his sons fugitives, and his daughters the prisoners of King Sihon of the Amorites.
Numbers 21:30 - We have overpowered them; Heshbon has perished as far as Dibon. We have shattered them as far as Nophah, which reaches to Medeba.”
Numbers 21:31 - So the Israelites lived in the land of the Amorites.
Numbers 21:32 - Moses sent spies to reconnoiter Jaazer, and they captured its villages and dispossessed the Amorites who were there.
Numbers 21:33 - Then they turned and went up by the road to Bashan. And King Og of Bashan and all his forces marched out against them to do battle at Edrei.
Numbers 21:34 - And the Lord said to Moses, “Do not fear him, for I have delivered him and all his people and his land into your hand. You will do to him what you did to King Sihon of the Amorites, who lived in Heshbon.
Numbers 21:35 - So they defeated Og, his sons, and all his people, until there were no survivors, and they possessed his land.
