Ecclesiastes 12:3 - when those who keep watch over the house begin to tremble, and the virile men begin to stoop over, and the grinders begin to cease because they grow few, and those who look through the windows grow dim,
Ecclesiastes 12:4 - and the doors along the street are shut; when the sound of the grinding mill grows low, and one is awakened by the sound of a bird, and all their songs grow faint,
Ecclesiastes 12:5 - and they are afraid of heights and the dangers in the street; the almond blossoms grow white, and the grasshopper drags itself along, and the caper berry shrivels up – because man goes to his eternal home, and the mourners go about in the streets –
Ecclesiastes 12:6 - before the silver cord is removed, or the golden bowl is broken, or the pitcher is shattered at the well, or the water wheel is broken at the cistern –
Ecclesiastes 12:7 - and the dust returns to the earth as it was, and the life’s breath returns to God who gave it.

Proverbs 19:17 - The one who is gracious to the poor lends to the Lord, and the Lord will repay him for his good deed.
1 Timothy 6:17 - Command those who are rich in this world’s goods not to be haughty or to set their hope on riches, which are uncertain, but on God who richly provides us with all things for our enjoyment.
1 Timothy 6:18 - Tell them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, to be generous givers, sharing with others.
1 Timothy 6:19 - In this way they will save up a treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the future and so lay hold of what is truly life.

Luke 16:11 - If then you haven’t been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will entrust you with the true riches?
