以弗所書 6:13 - 所以要拿起　神所賜的全副軍裝，使你們在邪惡的日子可以站穩對抗敵人，並且在完成一切之後，還能站立穩固。
以弗所書 6:14 - 因此，你們要站穩，用真理束腰，穿上公義為護胸甲，
以弗所書 6:15 - 把和平的福音預備好穿在腳上，
以弗所書 6:16 - 在任何情況下都要拿起信心為盾牌，就能藉以撲滅那惡者一切燃燒著的飛箭；
以弗所書 6:17 - 並且要戴上救恩為頭盔，拿起聖靈的利劍，就是　神的道，
以弗所書 6:18 - 藉著一切禱告和祈求，時刻靠著聖靈禱告，並且要在這事上恆久警醒，為眾聖徒祈求。
以弗所書 6:19 - 你們也要為我祈求，讓我開口的時候就有話語賜給我，可以放膽講明福音的奧祕—
以弗所書 6:20 - 我為這奧祕成為帶上鎖鏈的特使；又讓我按著應該說的，放膽傳講。
