Numbers 20:13 - These are the Waters of Meribah, where the Israelites quarreled with the Lord, and he demonstrated his holiness to them.

Numbers 20:8 - “Take the staff and assemble the community. You and your brother Aaron are to speak to the rock while they watch, and it will yield its water. You will bring out water for them from the rock and provide drink for the community and their livestock.”
Numbers 20:9 - So Moses took the staff from the Lord’s presence just as he had commanded him.
Numbers 20:10 - Moses and Aaron summoned the assembly in front of the rock, and Moses said to them, “Listen, you rebels! Must we bring water out of this rock for you?”
Numbers 20:11 - Then Moses raised his hand and struck the rock twice with his staff, so that abundant water gushed out, and the community and their livestock drank.
Numbers 20:12 - But the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, “Because you did not trust me to demonstrate my holiness in the sight of the Israelites, you will not bring this assembly into the land I have given them.”
Numbers 20:13 - These are the Waters of Meribah, where the Israelites quarreled with the Lord, and he demonstrated his holiness to them.
Deuteronomy 8:15 - He led you through the great and terrible wilderness with its poisonous snakes and scorpions, a thirsty land where there was no water. He brought water out of the flint rock for you.
Deuteronomy 8:16 - He fed you in the wilderness with manna, which your ancestors had not known, in order to humble and test you, so that in the end he might cause you to prosper.
Ezekiel 20:15 - However, I swore to them in the wilderness that I would not bring them into the land I had given them — the most beautiful of all lands, flowing with milk and honey —

Psalms 114:8 - who turned the rock into a pool, the flint into a spring.
Psalms 105:40 - They asked, and he brought quail and satisfied them with bread from heaven.
Psalms 105:41 - He opened a rock, and water gushed out; it flowed like a stream in the desert.
Exodus 16:4 - Then the Lord said to Moses, “I am going to rain bread from heaven for you. The people are to go out each day and gather enough for that day. This way I will test them to see whether or not they will follow my instructions.
Exodus 16:14 - When the layer of dew evaporated, there were fine flakes on the desert surface, as fine as frost on the ground.
Exodus 16:15 - When the Israelites saw it, they asked one another, “What is it?” because they didn’t know what it was. Moses told them, “It is the bread the Lord has given you to eat.
1 Corinthians 10:3 - They all ate the same spiritual food,
1 Corinthians 10:4 - and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank from the spiritual rock that followed them, and that rock was Christ.
Exodus 17:6 - I am going to stand there in front of you on the rock at Horeb; when you hit the rock, water will come out of it and the people will drink.” Moses did this in the sight of the elders of Israel.
Deuteronomy 1:8 - See, I have set the land before you. Enter and take possession of the land the Lord swore to give to your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and their future descendants.’
