Revelation 17:1 - Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and spoke to me. “Come,” he said, “I will show you the condemnation and punishment of the great prostitute who sits on many waters,
Revelation 17:5 - On her forehead was written a name, a mystery: “Babylon the Great, the Mother of prostitutes and of the detestable things of the earth.”
Revelation 11:13 - Just then a major earthquake took place and a tenth of the city collapsed; seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the rest were terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven.

Acts 9:4 - He fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?”
Revelation 18:2 - He shouted with a powerful voice: “Fallen, fallen, is Babylon the great! She has become a lair for demons, a haunt for every unclean spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detested beast.
Revelation 16:19 - The great city was split into three parts and the cities of the nations collapsed. So Babylon the great was remembered before God, and was given the cup filled with the wine made of God’s furious wrath.
Jeremiah 26:23 - and they brought Uriah back from there. They took him to King Jehoiakim, who had him executed and had his body thrown into the burial place of the common people.
Psalms 78:43 - when he performed his awesome deeds in Egypt, and his acts of judgment in the region of Zoan.
Psalms 78:44 - He turned their rivers into blood, and they could not drink from their streams.
Psalms 78:45 - He sent swarms of biting insects against them, as well as frogs that overran their land.
Psalms 78:46 - He gave their crops to the grasshopper, the fruit of their labor to the locust.
Psalms 78:47 - He destroyed their vines with hail, and their sycamore-fig trees with driving rain.
Psalms 78:48 - He rained hail down on their cattle, and hurled lightning bolts down on their livestock.
Psalms 78:49 - His raging anger lashed out against them, He sent fury, rage, and trouble as messengers who bring disaster.
Psalms 78:50 - He sent his anger in full force; he did not spare them from death; he handed their lives over to destruction.
Psalms 78:51 - He struck down all the firstborn in Egypt, the firstfruits of their reproductive power in the tents of Ham.
Isaiah 1:9 - If the Lord who commands armies had not left us a few survivors, we would have quickly become like Sodom, we would have become like Gomorrah.
Isaiah 1:10 - Listen to the Lord’s word, you leaders of Sodom! Pay attention to our God’s rebuke, people of Gomorrah!
Ezekiel 23:19 - Yet she increased her prostitution, remembering the days of her youth when she engaged in prostitution in the land of Egypt.
Jude 1:7 - So also Sodom and Gomorrah and the neighboring towns, since they indulged in sexual immorality and pursued unnatural desire in a way similar to these angels, are now displayed as an example by suffering the punishment of eternal fire.
Luke 13:33 - Nevertheless I must go on my way today and tomorrow and the next day, because it is impossible that a prophet should be killed outside Jerusalem.’
Luke 13:34 - O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those who are sent to you! How often I have longed to gather your children together as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you would have none of it!
Amos 4:11 - “I overthrew some of you the way God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. You were like a burning stick snatched from the flames. Still you did not come back to me.” The Lord is speaking!
Ezekiel 23:8 - She did not abandon the prostitution she had practiced in Egypt; for in her youth men had sex with her, fondled her virgin breasts, and ravished her.
Ezekiel 23:27 - So I will put an end to your obscene conduct and your prostitution which you have practiced in the land of Egypt. You will not seek their help or remember Egypt anymore.
Genesis 13:13 - (Now the people of Sodom were extremely wicked rebels against the Lord.)
Isaiah 3:9 - The look on their faces testifies to their guilt; like the people of Sodom they openly boast of their sin. Too bad for them! For they bring disaster on themselves.
Exodus 20:2 - “I, the Lord, am your God, who brought you from the land of Egypt, from the house of slavery.
Matthew 10:15 - I tell you the truth, it will be more bearable for the region of Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for that town!
Revelation 18:18 - and began to shout when they saw the smoke from the fire that burned her up, “Who is like the great city?”
Genesis 19:24 - Then the Lord rained down sulfur and fire on Sodom and Gomorrah. It was sent down from the sky by the Lord.
Exodus 3:7 - The Lord said, “I have surely seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt. I have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows.
Revelation 18:21 - Then one powerful angel picked up a stone like a huge millstone, threw it into the sea, and said, “With this kind of sudden violent force Babylon the great city will be thrown down and it will never be found again!
Revelation 11:9 - For three and a half days those from every people, tribe, nation, and language will look at their corpses, because they will not permit them to be placed in a tomb.
2 Peter 2:6 - and if he turned to ashes the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah when he condemned them to destruction, having appointed them to serve as an example to future generations of the ungodly,

Ezekiel 16:53 - “‘I will restore their fortunes, the fortunes of Sodom and her daughters, and the fortunes of Samaria and her daughters (along with your fortunes among them),
Ezekiel 16:54 - so that you may bear your disgrace and be ashamed of all you have done in consoling them.
Ezekiel 16:55 - As for your sisters, Sodom and her daughters will be restored to their former status, Samaria and her daughters will be restored to their former status, and you and your daughters will be restored to your former status.
Hebrews 13:12 - Therefore, to sanctify the people by his own blood, Jesus also suffered outside the camp.
Jeremiah 23:14 - But I see the prophets of Jerusalem doing something just as shocking. They are unfaithful to me and continually prophesy lies. So they give encouragement to people who are doing evil, with the result that they do not stop their evildoing. I consider all of them as bad as the people of Sodom, and the citizens of Jerusalem as bad as the people of Gomorrah.
