Isaías 41:2 - »¿Quién ha hecho venir desde el oriente a aquel que siempre sale victorioso? Pone a las naciones en sus manos; ante él los reyes se rinden. Con su espada los vuelve polvo, con su arco los dispersa como paja.
Isaías 41:3 - Con paso firme los persigue por una senda que nunca antes pisó.
Isaías 46:11 - Del oriente llamo al ave de rapiña; de tierra distante, al hombre que cumplirá mi propósito. Lo que he dicho, haré que se cumpla; lo que he planeado, lo realizaré.
Jeremías 50:38 - ¡Muerte a sus aguas! ¡Que queden secas! Porque Babilonia es un país de ídolos, de ídolos terribles que provocan la locura.
Jeremías 50:39 - »Por eso las fieras del desierto vivirán allí con las hienas; también los avestruces harán allí su morada. Nunca más volverá a ser habitada; quedará despoblada para siempre.
Jeremías 50:40 - Será como cuando Dios destruyó a Sodoma y Gomorra, y a sus ciudades vecinas; allí nadie volverá a vivir, ni la habitará ningún ser humano —afirma el Señor—.
Apocalipsis 7:2 - Vi también a otro ángel que venía del oriente con el sello del Dios vivo. Gritó con voz potente a los cuatro ángeles a quienes se les había permitido hacer daño a la tierra y al mar:
Isaías 8:7 - el Señor está a punto de traer contra ellos las impetuosas crecientes del río Éufrates: al rey de Asiria con toda su gloria. Rebasará todos sus canales, desbordará todas sus orillas;
Apocalipsis 17:15 - Además el ángel me dijo: «Las aguas que has visto, donde está sentada la prostituta, son pueblos, multitudes, naciones y lenguas.
Apocalipsis 11:14 - El segundo ¡ay! ya pasó, pero se acerca el tercero.
Ezequiel 38:1 - El Señor me dirigió la palabra:
Ezequiel 38:2 - «Hijo de hombre, encara a Gog, de la tierra de Magog, príncipe soberano de Mésec y Tubal. Profetiza contra él
Ezequiel 38:3 - y adviértele que así dice el Señor omnipotente: “Yo estoy contra ti, Gog, príncipe supremo de Mésec y Tubal.
Ezequiel 38:4 - Te haré volver, te pondré garfios en la boca y te sacaré con todo tu ejército, caballos y jinetes. Todos ellos están bien armados; son una multitud enorme, con escudos y broqueles; todos ellos empuñan la espada.
Ezequiel 38:5 - Con ellos están Persia, Etiopía y Fut, todos ellos armados con escudos y yelmos.
Ezequiel 38:6 - Gómer también está allí, con todas sus tropas, y también Bet Togarma, desde el lejano norte, con todas sus tropas y muchos ejércitos que son tus aliados.
Ezequiel 38:7 - »”Prepárate, manténte alerta, tú y toda la multitud que está reunida a tu alrededor; ponlos bajo tu mando.
Ezequiel 38:8 - Al cabo de muchos días se te encomendará una misión. Después de muchos años invadirás un país que se ha recuperado de la guerra, una nación que durante mucho tiempo estuvo en ruinas, pero que ha sido reunido de entre los muchos pueblos en los montes de Israel. Ha sido sacado de entre las naciones, y ahora vive confiado.
Ezequiel 38:9 - Pero tú lo invadirás como un huracán. Tú, con todas tus tropas y todos tus aliados, serás como un nubarrón que cubrirá la tierra.
Ezequiel 38:10 - »”Así dice el Señor omnipotente: En aquel día harás proyectos, y maquinarás un plan perverso.
Ezequiel 38:11 - Y dirás: ‘Invadiré a un país indefenso; atacaré a un pueblo pacífico que habita confiado en ciudades sin muros, puertas y cerrojos.
Ezequiel 38:12 - Lo saquearé y me llevaré el botín; atacaré a las ciudades reconstruidas de entre las ruinas, al pueblo reunido allí de entre las naciones; es un pueblo rico en ganado y posesiones, que se cree el centro del mundo’.
Ezequiel 38:13 - La gente de Sabá y Dedán, y los comerciantes de Tarsis y todos sus potentados, te preguntarán: ‘¿A qué vienes? ¿A despojarnos de todo lo nuestro? ¿Para eso reuniste a tus tropas? ¿Para quitarnos la plata y el oro, y llevarte nuestros ganados y posesiones? ¿Para alzarte con un enorme botín?’ ”
Ezequiel 38:14 - »Por eso, hijo de hombre, profetiza contra Gog y adviértele que así dice el Señor omnipotente: “En aquel día, ¿acaso no te enterarás de que mi pueblo Israel vive confiado?
Ezequiel 38:15 - Vendrás desde el lejano norte, desde el lugar donde habitas, junto con otros pueblos numerosos. Todos ellos vendrán montados a caballo, y serán una gran multitud, un ejército poderoso.
Ezequiel 38:16 - En los últimos días atacarás a mi pueblo Israel, y como un nubarrón cubrirás el país. Yo haré que tú, Gog, vengas contra mi tierra, para que las naciones me conozcan y para que, por medio de ti, mi santidad se manifieste ante todos ellos.
Ezequiel 38:17 - »”Así dice el Señor omnipotente: A ti me refería yo cuando en tiempos pasados hablé por medio de mis siervos, los profetas de Israel. En aquel tiempo, y durante años, ellos profetizaron que yo te haría venir contra los israelitas.
Ezequiel 38:18 - Pero el día en que Gog invada a Israel, mi ira se encenderá con furor. Lo afirma el Señor omnipotente.
Ezequiel 38:19 - En el ardor de mi ira, declaro que en aquel momento habrá un gran terremoto en la tierra de Israel.
Ezequiel 38:20 - Ante mí temblarán los peces del mar, las aves del cielo, las bestias del campo, los reptiles que se arrastran, y toda la gente que hay sobre la faz de la tierra. Se derrumbarán los montes, se desplomarán las pendientes escarpadas, y todos los muros se vendrán abajo.
Ezequiel 38:21 - En todos los montes convocaré a la guerra contra Gog, y la espada de cada cual se volverá contra su prójimo —afirma el Señor—.
Ezequiel 38:22 - Yo juzgaré a Gog con peste y con sangre; sobre él y sobre sus tropas, lo mismo que sobre todas sus naciones aliadas, haré caer lluvias torrenciales, granizo, fuego y azufre.
Ezequiel 38:23 - De esta manera mostraré mi grandeza y mi santidad, y me daré a conocer ante muchas naciones. Entonces sabrán que yo soy el Señor”.
Daniel 11:43 - Se adueñará de los tesoros de oro y plata de Egipto, y de todas sus riquezas, y también someterá a los libios y a los etíopes.
Daniel 11:44 - Sin embargo, le llegarán noticias alarmantes del este y del norte, y en su furor se pondrá en marcha dispuesto a destruir y matar a mucha gente.
Daniel 11:45 - Plantará su campamento real entre el mar y el bello monte santo; pero allí le llegará su fin, y nadie acudirá en su ayuda.
Isaías 42:15 - Devastaré montañas y cerros, y secaré toda su vegetación; convertiré los ríos en tierra seca, y secaré los estanques;
Jeremías 51:36 - Por eso, así dice el Señor: «Voy a defender tu causa, y llevaré a cabo tu venganza; voy a secar el agua de su mar, y dejaré secos sus manantiales.
Isaías 44:27 - Yo mando que se seque lo profundo del mar, y ordeno que se sequen sus corrientes.
Isaías 11:15 - Secará el Señor el golfo del mar de Egipto; pasará su mano sobre el río Éufrates y lanzará un viento ardiente; lo dividirá en siete arroyos para que lo puedan cruzar en sandalias.
Isaías 41:25 - »Del norte hice venir a uno, y acudió a mi llamado; desde el oriente invoca mi nombre. Como alfarero que amasa arcilla con los pies, aplasta gobernantes como si fueran barro.
Apocalipsis 9:14 - A este ángel que tenía la trompeta, la voz le dijo: «Suelta a los cuatro ángeles que están atados a la orilla del gran río Éufrates».
