He has sent Me to announce release (pardon, forgiveness) to the captives, And recovery of sight to the blind, To set free those who are oppressed (downtrodden, bruised, crushed by tragedy),
Hosea 14:4 - I will heal their apostasy and faithlessness; I will love them freely, For My anger has turned away from Israel.
Psalms 147:3 - He heals the brokenhearted And binds up their wounds [healing their pain and comforting their sorrow].

They shall bear every month because their water flows from the sanctuary, and their fruit will be for food and their leaves for healing.”
