The next day an evil spirit from God came forcefully on Saul. He was prophesying in his house, while David was playing the lyre, as he usually did. Saul had a spear in his hand

The next day an evil spirit sent by God came powerfully on Saul. Saul began to prophesy in his house. At that same time David began to play the harp, just as he usually did. Saul was holding a spear.

The next day a harmful spirit from God rushed upon Saul, and he raved within his house while David was playing the lyre, as he did day by day. Saul had his spear in his hand.

The very next day a tormenting spirit from God overwhelmed Saul, and he began to rave in his house like a madman. David was playing the harp, as he did each day. But Saul had a spear in his hand,

Now it came about on the next day that an evil spirit from God rushed upon Saul, and he raved in the midst of the house while David was playing the harp with his hand, as usual; and a spear was in Saul’s hand.

And it happened on the next day that the distressing spirit from God came upon Saul, and he prophesied inside the house. So David played music with his hand, as at other times; but there was a spear in Saul’s hand.

And it came to pass on the morrow, that an evil spirit from God came mightily upon Saul, and he prophesied in the midst of the house: and David played with his hand, as he did day by day. And Saul had his spear in his hand;

从耶和华那里来的恶鬼又临到扫罗身上；那时扫罗坐在屋里，手里拿着枪。大卫正在弹琴，

有一次，我们到祈祷的地方去的时候，一个被巫鬼附着的婢女迎面而来；她行占卜使主人们发了大财。

耶和华说：‘谁去引诱亚哈，使他上基列的拉末阵亡呢？’有说这样的，有说那样的。后来有一个灵出来，站在耶和华面前，说：‘我去引诱他。’耶和华问他：‘你用什么方法呢？’他回答：‘我要出去，在亚哈所有先知的口中，作说谎的灵。’耶和华说：‘你可以去引诱他，你也必能成功，你去这样行吧！’现在，耶和华已经把说谎的灵放在你这些先知的口中，耶和华已经命定灾祸临到你。”

每逢从神那里来的恶鬼临到扫罗身上的时候，大卫就拿起琴来弹奏，扫罗就舒服畅快，恶鬼也离开了他。

因此，神就使错谬的思想运行在他们当中，让他们相信虚谎，

中午过后，他们继续狂呼乱叫，直到献晚祭的时候；可是仍没有声音，没有回应，也没有理睬他们的。

现在求我主我王听你仆人的话。如果是耶和华激动你攻击我，愿耶和华收纳祭物；如果是人激动你，愿他们在耶和华面前受咒诅，因为他们今天把我赶出来，不容我在耶和华的产业上有分，说：‘你去服事别的神吧！’

耶和华的灵离开了扫罗。有恶鬼从耶和华那里来惊扰他。扫罗的臣仆对他说：“看哪！有恶鬼从神那里来惊扰你。愿我们的主吩咐你面前的臣仆，去寻找一位善于弹琴的人；从神那里来的灵临到你身上的时候，他可以弹琴，你就好了。”

扫罗就从那里往拉玛的拿约去。神的灵也临到他身上，他一面走，一面受感说话，直到他到了拉玛的拿约。他脱掉了自己的衣服，也在撒母耳面前受感说话。那一日，他整天整夜赤着身子躺着，因此有一句俗语说：“扫罗也列在先知中吗？”

“万军之耶和华以色列的神这样说：‘我已经折断了巴比伦王的轭。在两年之内，我必把耶和华殿中的一切器皿，就是巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒从这地方掠到巴比伦去的，都带回这地方。我也必把犹大王约雅敬的儿子耶哥尼雅，和所有被掳到巴比伦去的犹大人，都带回这地方，因为我必折断巴比伦王的轭。’这是耶和华的宣告。”

哈拿尼雅又当着众民面前说：“耶和华这样说：‘两年之内，我必这样从列国的颈项上，折断巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒的轭。’”于是耶利米先知就走了。

“到那日（这是万军之耶和华的宣告），我必从这地除掉偶像的名号，它们不再被人记念；我也必从这地除去假先知和污秽的灵。如果有人再说预言，他的亲生父母必对他说：‘你不该活着，因为你奉耶和华的名说谎。’他说预言的时候，他的亲生父母必把他刺死。“到那日，假先知说预言的时候，每一个都必因自己所论的异象而羞愧；他们必不再穿兽毛衣服欺骗人。那时他必说：‘我不是先知，只是耕地的人；因为我自幼以来，就被卖为奴。’

所有的先知也都这样预言说：“你可以上基列的拉末去，必得胜利！因为耶和华必把那城交在王的手里。”
