命之曰、爾當如是而行、凡安息日入值者、三分之一宜守王宮、

曰、宜聽我言、值安息日、爾眾入此者、當以三分之一、守王子之室、

命之曰、爾所當行者如是、凡爾安息日來入班者、三分之一當守王宮、

He commanded them, saying,“ This is what you are to do: You who are in the three companies that are going on duty on the Sabbath— a third of you guarding the royal palace,

He gave them a command. He said,“ Here’s what you must do. There are five groups of you. Some of you are in the three groups that are going on duty on the Sabbath day. A third of you must guard the royal palace.

And he commanded them,“ This is the thing that you shall do: one third of you, those who come off duty on the Sabbath and guard the king’s house

Jehoiada told them,“ This is what you must do. A third of you who are on duty on the Sabbath are to guard the royal palace itself.

and commanded them,“ This is what you are to do: A third of you who come on duty on the Sabbath are to provide protection for the king’s palace.

And he commanded them, saying,“ This is the thing that you shall do: a third of you, who come in on the Sabbath and keep watch over the king’s house

Then he commanded them, saying,“ This is what you shall do: One-third of you who come on duty on the Sabbath shall be keeping watch over the king’s house,

And he commanded them, saying, This is the thing that ye shall do: a third part of you, that come in on the sabbath, shall be keepers of the watch of the king’s house;

and commanded them,“ This is what you are to do: a third of you who come on duty on the Sabbath are to provide protection for the king’s palace.

And he commanded them, saying, This[ is] the thing that ye shall do; A third part of you that enter in on the sabbath shall even be keepers of the watch of the king’s house;

He ordered them,“ This is what you must do. One third of the unit that is on duty during the Sabbath will guard the royal palace.

He commanded them, saying,“ This is what you must do: a third of you, who come in on the Sabbath, shall be keepers of the watch of the king’s house;

犹大的官长们听见这些事，就从王宫上到耶和华的殿，坐在耶和华殿新门的入口。

利未人三十岁以上的都被数点，他们男丁的数目共有三万八千；其中有二万四千人管理耶和华殿的事务，有六千人作官长和审判官，有四千人作门口的守卫，又有四千人颂赞耶和华，用大卫造的乐器来颂赞。大卫把利未人革顺、哥辖、米拉利的子孙分了班次。

撒迦利亚按班次在神面前执行祭司的职务，照祭司的规矩抽签，进到主的殿里烧香。

他们照管会幕和圣所，服事他们的弟兄亚伦的子孙，办理耶和华殿的事务。

耶和华对我说：“这门必须关闭，不可敞开，谁也不可由其中进入；因为耶和华—以色列的神已经由其中进入，所以必须关闭。至于君王，他必按君王的位分坐在其内，在耶和华面前吃饼。他必由这门的走廊而入，也必由此而出。”

王从外面要由门的走廊进入，站在门框旁边；祭司要为他预备燔祭和平安祭，王要在门的门槛那里敬拜，然后退出。这门直到晚上不可关闭。安息日和初一，这地的百姓要在这门口，在耶和华面前敬拜。

他为了亚述王的缘故，在耶和华的殿里移动殿里为安息日所盖的遮棚和王从外面进来的入口。

席上的食物，坐着的群臣，侍立的仆人，他们的服装，和他的司酒长，以及他在耶和华殿里所献的燔祭，就诧异得神不守舍。

大卫和以利亚撒的子孙撒督，以及以他玛的子孙亚希米勒，把他们按照任务分成班次，发现以利亚撒子孙中作领袖的，比以他玛子孙中作领袖的更多，就分班如下：以利亚撒的子孙中有十六个族长，以他玛的子孙中有八个族长。他们抽签分配，彼此一样。在圣所和神面前作领袖的有以利亚撒的子孙，也有以他玛的子孙。作书记的利未人拿坦业的儿子示玛雅在王和领袖，与撒督祭司、亚比亚他的儿子亚希米勒，以及祭司和利未人的族长面前记录他们的名字；在以利亚撒的子孙中取一族，在以他玛的子孙中也取一族。

又率领百夫长，迦利人和护卫兵，以及国中的众百姓，请王从耶和华的殿下来，由护卫兵的门进入王宫，他就坐上王位。
