The king was talking to Gehazi, the servant of the man of God, and had said,“ Tell me about all the great things Elisha has done.”

Now the king was talking with Gehazi the servant of the man of God, saying,“ Tell me all the great things that Elisha has done.”

Then the king talked with Gehazi, the servant of the man of God, saying,“ Tell me, please, all the great things Elisha has done.”

Now the king was talking with Gehazi the servant of the man of God, saying, Tell me, I pray thee, all the great things that Elisha hath done.

The king had been speaking to Gehazi, the attendant of the man of God, saying,“ Tell me all the great things Elisha has done.”

Now the king was talking to Gehazi, the prophet’s servant, and said,“ Tell me all the great things which Elisha has done.”

上帝僕以利沙之從者、其哈西私念曰、我主釋此亞蘭人乃慢、不受其所饋、我指耶和華以誓、我將追之、冀有少得。於是從乃慢後。乃慢見其趨至、則下車迓之曰、安乎。曰安、我主遣我告爾、曰、今有先知之徒、年少者二人、自以法蓮山來就我、請以銀一千五百、及衣二襲與之。乃慢曰、請受三千、促之而許。遂取銀三千、盛於二囊、與衣二襲、使二僕負之以行、在其哈西前。至於山岡則受之、藏於室中、遂遣二僕往。進立於主前。以利沙曰、其哈西從何而至。曰、僕無所往。曰彼下車迓爾之時、我心非與爾同在乎。此時豈可受人所饋、或金、或衣、以售橄欖圃、葡萄園、牛羊僕婢乎。故乃慢之癩、必移於爾、及爾苗裔、歷世勿愈、遂出成癩、皓白如雪。

希律曰、約翰我已斬之矣、今又聞此、斯何人歟、遂欲見之、○

告其從者其哈西曰、呼書念婦至此、既呼立於前。

既至、呼閽者曰、我至亞蘭人之營、不見一人、不聞一聲、惟馬驢繫焉、營幕如故。

乃慢循上帝僕之命、往濡於約但七次、而體已痊膚若童穉、得以成潔、

曰、我已告爾、爾不聽、何欲再聽、豈欲為其門徒乎、

遂遣之往伯利恆、云、爾往、勤訪嬰兒、遇則告我、我亦將往拜、

以之擊水、曰、以利亞之上帝耶和華安在。復擊水分左右、以利沙過焉。

以利沙回顧之、籲耶和華名、加以咒詛、遂有二牝熊、出林間、斷傷孺子四十二人。

上帝之僕遣人至以色列王、曰、爾慎旃哉、勿過某地。蓋亞蘭人已至彼矣。以色列王遣人至上帝僕指示之所、脫於患難、已非一次。亞蘭王之心、因此深為懷憂、召其臣僕曰、我中孰助以色列王、盍明告於我。一臣曰、我主我王、無人助之、乃以色列族之先知、以利沙以王在寢室所言之事、悉告其主。

以利沙坐於室、長老偕在、其時王遣使者未至、以利沙謂長老曰、爾觀此戕民者之子、遣人取我首級。使者既至、汝當閉門而執之、其主必繼至。

民遂出、刧亞蘭人之幕、於是麥粉三斗值金半兩、麰麥六斗值金半兩、循耶和華命。○王使近臣、統轄邑門、民眾蹴之、以斃其命、昔王就見上帝之僕、上帝之僕以是事相告、至今其言應矣。當時上帝之僕告於王曰、明日斯時、在撒馬利亞邑門、麥粉三斗值金半兩、麰麥六斗值金半兩、王臣對曰、如耶和華破天之隙、則可得此、否則不然、上帝之僕曰、汝可目睹、惟不得食。所言俱應、蓋民蹴之於門、以斃其命。

以利沙曰、明年屆期、爾必誕育。曰、我主、上帝之僕與、毋欺爾婢。厥後婦果懷妊、屆期生子、應以利沙之言。

以利沙曰、宜聽耶和華之命。耶和華云、明日斯時、在撒馬利亞邑門、麥粉三斗、值金半兩、麰麥六斗、值金半兩。

見耶穌甚喜、蓋久欲見之矣、因多聞其事、冀見異蹟、

曰、以新盂盛鹽、攜之至此。遂攜以至。以利沙至水泉、以鹽投之曰、耶和華云、我使此水變為佳矣。今而後不致人死、土亦可產。其水即佳、應以利沙言、迄於今日、水猶若是。

上帝之僕曰、墜於何所、人示其處、則削片木投水、鐵浮出。

邑門前有癩者四人、相語曰、我胡為坐此以待斃。

數日後、腓力士與其妻猶太女之土西拉至、召保羅欲聽基督之道、

以利沙禱曰、求耶和華明其目、使能得見。耶和華遂明少者之目、俾其得見、以利沙所居之山岡、車騎四集、似火炎炎。敵既至、以利沙禱耶和華曰、請使此民、目眯不明。敵遂目眯、應以利沙所求。以利沙謂之曰、此非其途、此非其城、爾當從我、爾所求之人、我導爾至其地。遂導之至撒馬利亞。入城以利沙曰、願耶和華明斯眾之目、俾其得見。耶和華遂明其目、使得見、乃知在撒馬利亞邑中。

以利沙曰、我指所事萬有之主耶和華以誓、惟猶大王約沙法、我眷顧之、若祇爾一人、豈得蒙我眷顧乎。盍命鼓琴者至。琴既鼓焉、耶和華感之、遂曰、耶和華云、宜於谷中作諸溝澮、

曰、爾可出外、多乞空器於比鄰。既入於室、爾及爾子、當閉其門、斟油於器、器盈則藏。婦歸、如言而行、與子入室、既閉其門、子運器而婦斟油。諸器既盈、婦告其子曰、再攜器至、曰、無矣。油即止。
