竟不愛戴元首、全體惟藉厥首、百節維繫、相承鞏固、賴上帝以生以長、

不固持元首、夫元首乃全體所由、以節以維、而得資助聯絡、以上帝之長而長也、○

由其欲心、妄自誇許、不愛戴元首、不知全體賴首、以百節維繫、輔助聯絡、能按天主之旨而日長也、

殊不知元首為全體之綱領、全體之筋脈骨節、賴之以生、賴之以固、賴之以調暢滋長於天主懷中。

They have lost connection with the head, from whom the whole body, supported and held together by its ligaments and sinews, grows as God causes it to grow.

They aren’t connected anymore to the head, who is Christ. But the whole body grows from the head. The muscles and tendons hold the body together. And God causes it to grow.

and not holding fast to the Head, from whom the whole body, nourished and knit together through its joints and ligaments, grows with a growth that is from God.

and they are not connected to Christ, the head of the body. For he holds the whole body together with its joints and ligaments, and it grows as God nourishes it.

He doesn’t hold on to the head, from whom the whole body, nourished and held together by its ligaments and tendons, grows with growth from God.

and not holding firmly to the head, from whom the entire body, being supplied and held together by the joints and ligaments, grows with a growth which is from God.

and not holding fast to the Head, from whom all the body, nourished and knit together by joints and ligaments, grows with the increase that is from God.

and not holding fast the Head, from whom all the body, being supplied and knit together through the joints and bands, increaseth with the increase of God.

He doesn’t hold on to the head, from whom the whole body, nourished and held together by its ligaments and tendons, develops with growth from God.

And not holding the Head, from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.

He has not held fast to the head from whom the whole body, supported and knit together through its ligaments and sinews, grows with a growth that is from God.

基督為教會首、爾居仁而言實、萬事託之生長、賴基督全體聯絡鞏固、百節相承、依才運動、故能生長、充周以仁、

務得恩賜有加、深知吾救主耶穌基督道、願榮光歸之、垂諸後世、

爾當在我、則我在爾、設枝不在葡萄樹、其實不結、爾曹不在我、亦如是、我乃葡萄樹、爾乃枝、凡在我、而我在之者、則結實繁、絕於我、爾無能為也、人不在我、猶枝離樹而槁、拾之委火焚矣、

要之意宜僉同、體恤倍至、敦友誼、懷惠心、相接以禮、

身有百體、各而其用、眾於基督合為一身、互相為體、

上帝欲眾知真理而得救、上帝惟一、有上帝、有世人、其間中保亦惟一、基督耶穌即其人也、舍己贖眾、斯道及時必傳、

爾亦汎愛遍馬其頓兄弟、我勸爾愛日以博、

服萬物於基督足下、使為萬民首、以益會、

我在母胎、受造甚巧、骨骸潛長、皆爾所知兮、我猶為胚、爾目見之、我尚未生、凡百之事、咸爾所定、錄之於策兮、

信者之眾、一心一志、不私己財、有無相通、

數枝見折、爾素為野欖、接枝於橄欖、分其根之盛、

所行宜乎主、大悅其意、結果為善、知上帝益深、

素以基督恩召爾者、爾何背之速、而從他福音耶、是我所異也、此非福音也、但有人惑爾、欲紛更基督福音、或我儕、或天使、傳福音與爾、異於我所傳者、必見絕也、我曾言之、今復言之、若人傳福音、異於爾所受者、亦必見絕也、

我所祝福之杯、非共享基督之血乎、我所擘之餅、非共享基督之身乎、既共享一餅、則共為一體、猶一餅焉、

我保羅語爾、若割禮可恃、則基督無益、我復言之、受割者宜守全法、恃法稱義者、棄基督、絕恩道、

我儕當為兄弟恆謝上帝、因爾信主彌篤、彼此相愛日博、故宜謝之、

會猶人身、彼乃元首、其甦為諸死者始、以為萬物倡、

奪我榮、去我冕。禍害切身、使我式微絕望、如樹之拔其根株、逢彼震怒、視若寇讎、集軍旅、修甬道、列營壘、環攻我室。

故宜和衷相愛、同心合志、以暢我樂焉、勿結朋黨、勿尚虛榮、自卑以尊人、勿務利己、亦務利人、必體基督耶穌心、

又願主使爾敦友誼、汎愛眾、猶我之愛爾、

既爾惟主基督耶穌是承、則必從之以行、爾學基督、根既深矣、經營搆造、篤信勉行、感厥厚恩、慎勿為曲學空言所誘、彼所從者、乃人之遺傳、世之小學、非遵基督、上帝盛德、悉在基督、

斯道也、我樹之、亞波羅灌之、上帝長之、

人未有惡己身者、乃保養之、如主之於會焉、

然爾行事、必宜於基督福音、則我或晤對、或暌違、聞爾一心堅立、合意恊力為福音之道、
