彼以人所命者、為教而訓人、故徒然奉事我云、

大衛以殿宇、遊廊、府庫、樓閣、內殿、與匱及贖罪蓋之所贖罪蓋之所或作恩座所之式、示子所羅門、

若爾與基督同死、脫斯世之賤質、何仍遵儀文、似猶活於世俗中、所謂儀文即勿近、勿嘗、勿捫之類、此皆按人所命所教而禁之物、用之之時、皆必敗壞、此儀文有智慧之名、使人行分外崇拜之事、故作謙卑、不惜身、不自重、毫無所益、惟徇所欲焉、
