『在野地裏曾有法櫃之帳幕給了我們的祖宗，照那對摩西說話者所規定、叫他按所看見的模樣去作的。

第二年二月二十日、雲彩從法櫃的帳幕上頭被收了上去。

只要派利未人管顧法櫃的帳幕、和其中的一切器具、以及一切屬於帳幕的；他們要抬帳幕、和其中的一切器具；他們要伺候帳幕，在帳幕四圍紮營。

亞倫娶了亞米拿達的女兒拿順的妹妹以利沙巴為妻；她給他生了拿答、亞比戶、以利亞撒、以他瑪。

你也要帶你的族弟兄、利未支派的人、你祖宗族派的人、和你一同走近前來，叫他們跟你聯合而伺候你；只是你和你兒子們要和你一同在法櫃的帳棚前供職。

摩西就把手杖存放在法櫃的帳棚裏、永恆主面前。第二天摩西進法櫃的帳棚去，哎呀，屬利未家的亞倫的手杖已經發了芽，長出花苞，開了花，結了熟的杏了。

我以為儘我還在這帳幕的時候，以提醒來激發你們、是正當的。

要將我所要賜給你的法版放在櫃裏。

於是那在天上的上帝殿堂就開了；他的約櫃在他的殿堂中看得清清楚楚。隨即有閃電、響聲、雷轟、地震和大雹。

你若回轉來歸向全能者，而自己謙卑，從你家中遠除不義，

約伯回答說：

你掛帷帳要在鈎子底下，把法櫃抬進帷帳以內那裏，這帷帳就給你們將聖所和至聖所分開。

你說：「我所行的純潔，我在你眼前清清潔潔。」

雅各啊，你的帳棚何等的佳美；以色列啊，你的帳幕何其華麗！

但基督來到了、做一位已實現的美事之大祭司、卻通過那較大較完全的帳幕、不是人手造的、就是說、不屬於這被創造之世的、進入天上的聖所，

這是革順子孫的家族在會棚裏的事務；他們的職守要在祭司亞倫的兒子以他瑪手下。『米拉利的子孫、你也要按他們的宗族、按他們父系的家屬給他們點閱；從三十歲和以上的、直到五十歲、凡能進來服役、能辦理會棚事務的、你都要給他們點閱。關於他們在會棚裏的一切事務、以下這工是他們應當抬物的職守：帳幕的框子、與其橫木、柱子，跟帶卯的座、院子四圍的柱子、和帶卯的座、橛子、繩子，就是關於其一切器具、並關於其所使用的一切東西；他們抬物的職守的器具、你們要按名指定。這是米拉利子孫的家族的事務、包括他們在會棚裏的一切事務、在祭司亞倫的兒子以他瑪手下的。』

是聖所、真帳幕、的聖役。這帳幕是主所支，不是人所支的。

我秤了交在他們手中的有銀子六百五十擔、銀器值一百擔、金子一百擔，金碗二十個、重值一千達利克，上好而閃閃發紅的銅器兩個，寶貴如金。我對他們說：『你們歸永恆主為聖，器皿也要為聖；金銀是人自願獻的禮物、奉給永恆主你們列祖之上帝的。你們務要儆醒看守，直到你們在耶路撒冷、永恆主之殿的貯藏室裏、在祭司領袖和利未人首領、跟以色列人各父系族長面前過了秤。』於是祭司和利未人將秤好了的金銀和器皿接過去，要帶到耶路撒冷我們的上帝的殿裏。

將法櫃安設在那裏，用帷帳將櫃遮掩着。

永恆主啊，誰能寄居你的帳棚？誰能住在你的聖山呢？

因為有帳幕裝備齊全：第一間、那叫做聖所的、裏面有燈臺、桌子和陳設餅。第二幔子後面又有帳幕、那叫做至聖所的、

我聽見有大聲音從寶座間發出，說：『看哪，上帝榮現之幕所在人中間；他必與人同住；他們必做他的子民；上帝必親自與他們同在，

彼得應時對耶穌說：『主啊，我們在這裏真好；你若願意，我就在這裏搭三座棚，一座給你，一座給摩西，一座給以利亞。』

我們知道我們這地上的帳篷式房屋若拆毁了，我們就可以從上帝得到建築物，非人手造的、永世的在天上的房屋。
