God blessed them and said to them,“ Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”

上帝赐福给挪亚和他的儿子们，对他们说：“你们要生养众多，遍布地面。

我要眷顾你们，使你们生养众多，也要坚守与你们所立的约。

创造诸天、塑造和建立大地给人居住、没有使地荒凉的耶和华上帝说：“我是耶和华，是独一无二的上帝。

上帝赐福给这一切生物，说：“水族要生养繁殖，充满海洋，禽鸟也要在地上多多地繁殖。”

若不是耶和华建造房屋，建造者的工作都是徒劳。若不是耶和华保护城池，守城者保持警觉也是徒然。你早起晚睡，为生活操劳也是徒然，唯有耶和华所爱的人才能安眠。儿女是耶和华所赐的礼物，孩子是祂所给的赏赐。人年轻时生的儿女犹如战士手中的箭。袋中装满了箭的人有福了！他们在城门与仇敌争论时，必不致蒙羞。

你要把方舟里的飞禽走兽及爬虫等所有动物都带出来，让它们在地上多多繁殖。”

你妻子在家中生养众多，像结实累累的葡萄树，你的桌子周围坐满了你的儿女，如同橄榄树苗。这就是敬畏耶和华的人所蒙的福气。

我必赐福给你，使你的后裔多如天上的星和海边的沙。你的后裔必占领仇敌的城池，天下万国必因你的后裔而蒙福，因为你听从了我的话。’”

雅比斯向以色列的上帝祷告说：“愿你赐福给我，扩大我的疆土，与我同在，使我远离患难和痛苦。”上帝答应了他的祈求。

祂赐福给他们，使他们人丁兴旺，牲口有增无减。

我必赐福给她，让她为你生一个儿子。她必成为万族的母亲，万民的君王必从她而出。”

至于以实玛利，我已听见你的祈求，我必赐福给他，使他的后代极其兴旺昌盛。他必做十二个族长的父亲，我必使他成为大国。

六子是亚米利，七子是以萨迦，八子是毗乌利太。上帝特别赐福俄别·以东。

当天晚上，耶和华向他显现说：“我是你父亲亚伯拉罕的上帝。你不用惧怕，因为我与你同在。为了我仆人亚伯拉罕的缘故，我必赐福给你，使你子孙众多。”

你父亲的上帝必帮助你，全能者必赐你天上的恩泽、地上的百福，使你子孙兴旺、牛羊满圈。

以扫看见跟在雅各后面的妇女和孩子，就问：“这些和你同行的是谁？”雅各说：“这些孩子是上帝施恩赐给你仆人的。”

你寄居在这里，我必与你同在，赐福给你，因为我必把这些土地赐给你和你的后代，坚立我对你父亲亚伯拉罕的誓约。我必使你的后代多如繁星，将这些土地都赐给他们，天下万国必因你的后裔而蒙福。

并为利百加祝福，说：“我们的妹妹啊，愿你成为千万人之母！愿你的后代战胜仇敌！”

愿天地都赞美祂，愿海和其中的一切都赞美祂！

耶和华赐给约伯晚年的福分比起初更多：他有一万四千只羊、六千只骆驼、一千对牛和一千头母驴。

禁止人结婚和吃某些食物。其实那些食物是上帝创造的，为了让相信并且明白真理的人存感谢的心领受。
