於是以弗崙田在麥比拉、在幔利前者、田與田間之穴、及田中四圍之樹、俱定與亞伯拉罕為業、

So Ephron’s field in Machpelah near Mamre— both the field and the cave in it, and all the trees within the borders of the field— was deeded

So Ephron sold his field to Abraham. The field was in Machpelah near Mamre. Abraham bought the field and the cave that was in it. He also bought all the trees that were inside the borders of the field. Everything was sold

So the field of Ephron in Machpelah, which was to the east of Mamre, the field with the cave that was in it and all the trees that were in the field, throughout its whole area, was made over

So Abraham bought the plot of land belonging to Ephron at Machpelah, near Mamre. This included the field itself, the cave that was in it, and all the surrounding trees.

So Ephron’s field at Machpelah near Mamre— the field with its cave and all the trees anywhere within the boundaries of the field— became

So Ephron’s field, which was in Machpelah, which faced Mamre, the field and the cave which was in it, and all the trees which were in the field, that were within all the confines of its border, were deeded over

So Abraham secured Ephron’s field in Machpelah, next to Mamre, including the field, the cave that was in it, and all the trees that were in the field and all around its border,

So the field of Ephron, which was in Machpelah, which was before Mamre, the field, the cave which was in it, and all the trees that were in the field, that were in all of its borders, were deeded

把雅各运到迦南地，葬在麦比拉田间的洞里。那地方在幔利的前面，是亚伯拉罕向赫人以弗仑买下来作坟地的。

他的儿子以撒和以实玛利把他埋葬在麦比拉洞里。这洞是在幔利前面，赫人琐辖的儿子以弗仑的田间，

这样，那块田和田中的洞，就从赫人归给了亚伯拉罕为产业作坟地。

运到示剑，埋葬在亚伯拉罕用银子向哈抹子孙买来的坟地里。

恩待人，借贷给别人，按公正处理自己事务的，这人必享福乐。

从前在以色列，无论买赎或是交易，决定什么事，当事人就要脱鞋给对方。这是以色列中作证的方式。那有买赎权的近亲对波阿斯说：“你自己买下来吧。”就把鞋脱下来。波阿斯对长老和众人说：“今天你们都是见证人，所有属于以利米勒、基连和玛伦的，我都从拿俄米手中买下来了。我也娶了（“娶了”原文作“买了”）玛伦的妻子摩押女子路得作妻子，使已死的人的名字留在他的产业上，免得他的名字在本族本乡中除掉。今天你们都是见证人。”

‘看哪！你叔叔沙龙的儿子哈拿篾必来见你，说：请你买下我在亚拿突的那块田地，因为你有近亲的权利和义务去买那田地。’我叔叔的儿子哈拿篾果然照着耶和华的话，到卫兵的院子里来见我，对我说：‘请你买下我在便雅悯境内亚拿突的那块田地，因为你有那产业的继承权，以及近亲的权利和义务；请你把它买下吧。’于是我知道这是耶和华的话。我就向我叔叔的儿子哈拿篾，买下了在亚拿突的那块田地，称了一百九十三克银子给他。“我在契约上签了名，把契封好了，又请了证人作证，就用天平把银子称给他。然后我取了买卖契约，一份是封好的，一份是没有加封的，上面都有各种细则和条件。当着我叔叔的儿子哈拿篾眼前，当着那些在买卖契约上签名作证的人眼前，以及当着所有坐在卫兵院子里的犹大人眼前，我把买卖契约交给了玛西雅的孙子、尼利亚的儿子巴录。我当着这些人眼前吩咐巴录说：‘万军之耶和华以色列的神这样说：你要拿这两份买卖契约，就是那封好的和没有加封的，放在一个瓦器里，使它们可以长久保存。

雅各又嘱咐他们，对他们说：“我快要归到我的亲族那里去，你们要把我埋葬在赫人以弗仑田间的洞里，与我的祖先在一起。这个洞在迦南地，在幔利前面的麦比拉的田间。那地方原是亚伯拉罕向赫人以弗仑买下来作坟地的。他们在那里埋葬了亚伯拉罕和他的妻子撒拉；又在那里埋葬了以撒和他的妻子利百加；我也在那里埋葬了利亚。那块田和田间的洞，是向赫人买来的。”

“现在，我差派你们出去，好像羊进到狼群中间；所以你们要像蛇一样机警，像鸽子一样纯洁。

你们要把握时机，用智慧与外人来往。

所以，你们行事为人要谨慎，不要像愚昧人，却要像聪明人。
