其人必居崇高、磐石之固、為其保障、其糧不絕、其水不乏、○

彼居高巖險隘、以得範衛、餱糧不缺其供、水泉無虞其乏、

若是之人、必得居高處、磐巖為其保障、食則其糧必得供給、飲則其水必不枯涸、

they are the ones who will dwell on the heights, whose refuge will be the mountain fortress. Their bread will be supplied, and water will not fail them.

People like that will be kept safe. It will be as if they were living on high mountains. It will be as if they were living in a mountain fort. They will have all the food they need. And they will never run out of water.”

these are the ones who will dwell on high. The rocks of the mountains will be their fortress. Food will be supplied to them, and they will have water in abundance.

你們不要求吃甚麼，喝甚麼，也不要掛慮。這都是世上的外邦人所求的；你們需要這些東西，你們的父都知道。你們只要求他的國，這些東西就必加給你們了。

我的百姓要住在平安的居所，安穩的住處，寧靜的安歇之地。

少壯獅子尚且缺食忍餓，但尋求耶和華的甚麼好處都不缺。

惟聽從我的，必安然居住，得享寧靜，不怕災禍。」

因為你是貧寒人的保障，貧窮人急難中的保障，暴風雨之避難所，炎熱地之陰涼處。當殘暴者盛氣凌人的時候，如暴風直吹牆壁，

他賜糧食給敬畏他的人，他必永遠記念他的約。

他使我的腳快如母鹿，使我站穩在高處。

耶和華啊，誰能寄居你的帳幕？誰能居住你的聖山？

耶和華的名是堅固臺，義人奔入就得安穩。

你當倚靠耶和華而行善，安居地上，以他的信實為糧；

「因為他專心愛我，我要搭救他；因為他認識我的名，我要把他安置在高處。

住在至高者隱密處的，必住在全能者的蔭下。我要向耶和華說：「我的避難所、我的山寨、我的神，你是我所倚靠的。」他必救你脫離捕鳥者的羅網和毀滅人的瘟疫。他必用自己的翎毛遮蔽你；你要投靠在他翅膀底下，他的信實是大小的盾牌。你必不怕黑夜的驚駭，或是白日飛的箭，也不怕黑夜流行的瘟疫，或是午間滅人的災害。雖有千人仆倒在你旁邊，萬人仆倒在你右邊，這災卻不得臨近你。你惟親眼觀看，見惡人遭報。因為耶和華是我的避難所，你以至高者為居所，禍患必不臨到你，災害也不挨近你的帳棚。

看哪，耶和華的眼目看顧敬畏他的人和仰望他慈愛的人，

主啊，你世世代代作我們的居所。

卻將窮乏人安置在高處，脫離苦難，使他的家屬多如羊羣。

他們不飢不渴，炎熱和烈日必不傷害他們；因為憐憫他們的必引導他們，領他們到水泉旁邊。

當那日，在猶大地，人必唱這歌：「我們有堅固的城，耶和華賜救恩為城牆，為城郭。你們要敞開城門，使守信的公義之民得以進入。堅心倚賴你的，你必保守他十分平安，因為他倚靠你。你們當倚靠耶和華，直到永遠，因為耶和華，耶和華是永遠的磐石。他使居住高處的與高處的城市一同降為卑下，將城拆毀，夷為平地，化為塵土，

主耶和華是我的力量，他使我的腳快如母鹿，又使我穩行在高處。這歌交給聖詠團長，用絲弦的樂器。
