看哪！我受尽苦楚，为要使我得平安；你保全我的性命，脱离毁灭的坑，因为你把我的一切罪都丢在你的背后。

看哪，我受大苦，本为使我得平安；你因爱我的灵魂便救我脱离败坏的坑，因为你将我一切的罪扔在你的背后。

看哪，我受大苦是为使我得平安；你爱我，救我的性命脱离败坏的地府，将我一切的罪扔在你背后。

我素不安、憂戚盈懷、爾既愛我、不念前愆、免臨窀穸。

我之艱苦、變為平康、主愛我、救我命於死亡之坑阱、因主將我罪愆、擲於主後、因主將我罪愆擲於主後或作因主不念我一切罪愆

Surely it was for my benefit that I suffered such anguish. In your love you kept me from the pit of destruction; you have put all my sins behind your back.

I’m sure it was for my benefit that I suffered such great pain. You love me. You kept me from going down into the pit of death. You have put all my sins behind your back.

Behold, it was for my welfare that I had great bitterness; but in love you have delivered my life from the pit of destruction, for you have cast all my sins behind your back.

Yes, this anguish was good for me, for you have rescued me from death and forgiven all my sins.

Indeed, it was for my own well-being that I had such intense bitterness; but your love has delivered me from the Pit of destruction, for you have thrown all my sins behind your back.

Behold, for my own welfare I had great bitterness; But You have kept my soul from the pit of nothingness, For You have hurled all my sins behind Your back.

Indeed it was for my own peace That I had great bitterness; But You have lovingly delivered my soul from the pit of corruption, For You have cast all my sins behind Your back.

Behold, it was for my peace that I had great bitterness: But thou hast in love to my soul delivered it from the pit of corruption; For thou hast cast all my sins behind thy back.

“ Look, the grief I experienced was for my benefit. You delivered me from the pit of oblivion. For you removed all my sins from your sight.

“唯有我为自己的缘故，涂抹你的过犯，我也不再记念你的罪。

他们各人必不再教导自己的邻舍和自己的同胞，说：‘你们要认识耶和华。’因为所有的人，从最小到最大的都必认识我。我也要赦免他们的罪孽，不再记着他们的罪恶。”这是耶和华的宣告。

耶和华啊！你曾把我从阴间救上来，使我存活，不至于下坑。

有何神像你，赦免罪孽，不追究产业之余民的过犯呢？他不永远怀怒，因为他喜爱怜悯。他必再怜爱我们，把我们的罪孽都践踏在脚下，又把我们（按照《马索拉文本》，“我们”作“他们”；现参照其他抄本、《七十士译本》和其他古译本翻译）的一切罪恶都投在深海里。

我下沉直到山麓，大地的门闩把我永远关闭；耶和华我的神啊！你却把我的性命从坑中拉上来。

因为你向我大施慈爱，你救了我的命，免入阴间的深处。

你赦免了你子民的罪孽，遮盖了他们的一切罪恶。（细拉）

我被列在下坑的人中，就像一个没有气力的人一样。我被弃在死人之中，好像被杀的人躺在坟墓里；你不再记念他们，他们也和你（“你”原文作“你的手”）隔绝了。你把我放在最深的坑里，把我放在黑暗的地方和深渊里。

他把我从荒芜的坑里，从泥沼中拉上来；他使我的脚站在磐石上，又使我的脚步稳定。

至于我，我在安稳的时候曾说：“我必永不动摇。”耶和华啊！你的恩宠，使我坚立，如同大山；你一掩面，我就惊惶。

那时我心里想：‘我必在家中安然去世，我必增添我的日子像沙尘那么多。

恶人骄横地追逼困苦人，愿恶人陷入自己所设的阴谋中。

我所惧怕的临到我，我所惊恐的向我而来。我不得安逸，不得安静，也不得安息，却有搅扰来到。”
