向那乘駕諸天、萬古之天的、高獻讚歌；哦，他發出聲音、強有力的聲音。

是永恆主用他的能力造了大地，用他的智慧建立了世界，用他的聰明展開了諸天。

密雲遮蔽着他，使他不能看見；他是周遊於天穹之上的。」

萬國在他面前都像無物，在他看來、還算不得虛無虛空。

又說：『主啊，你起初立了地的根基，天也是你手的製造物；天地必滅沒，你卻長存；天地必像衣裳都漸漸故舊；你必將天地捲起來像外袍，天地就像衣裳改變了；惟獨你永遠一樣，你的年歲必無窮盡』。

你竟忘了那造了你、的永恆主，那展開諸天，奠定了大地的，而那窘迫人者準備要行毁滅時、你就終日懼怕他的烈怒呀！其實那窘迫人者的烈怒在哪裏呢？

誰能明白雲彩之鋪開，和上帝雲幕中的雷聲呢？

他立定了天，我在那裏；他在深淵面上畫了天穹，

你起初奠定了地的根基；天乃是你的手所造的。天地都必滅沒，你卻永遠存立；天地都必破掉如衣服；你更換天地像服裝，天地就過去了；

永恆主對着洪水而坐着為王，永恆主坐着為王到永遠。

『上帝奠定大地時、你在哪裏？你若領會明達，只管訴說。你一定知道；是誰定地的尺度，是誰把準繩拉於地上。地的基礎奠於何物之上？地的角石是誰安放的？那時晨星一同呼喊，眾神子都歡呼。『大海衝出，從胎裏出來時，誰早設門戶將海閉住呢？那時我以雲彩當海的服裝，以暗霧當包裹的布；

那坐在天上的必冷笑；永恆主必嗤笑他們。

神託以下是永恆主的話論到以色列的：那展開諸天、奠定大地、形成人靈於人裏面的永恆主發神諭說：

你能同上帝鎚薄穹蒼，堅硬如鑄鏡麼？
