凡國願以其項負巴比倫王軛、而服事之、我必容其留於故土、耕種安居、耶和華言之矣、○

耶和華又曰、凡諸邦國、歸誠巴比倫王、負軛服事、我必使彼留故土、安於隴畝、適於厥居。

凡民願項負巴比倫王之軛而服事之、我必使彼存留故土、仍得耕種安居、此乃主所言、

But if any nation will bow its neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon and serve him, I will let that nation remain in its own land to till it and to live there, declares the Lord.”’”

But suppose any nation will put its neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon. And suppose it serves him. Then I will let that nation remain in its own land. I will let its people plow the land and live there,” ’ ” announces the Lord.

But any nation that will bring its neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon and serve him, I will leave on its own land, to work it and dwell there, declares the Lord.”’”

But the people of any nation that submits to the king of Babylon will be allowed to stay in their own country to farm the land as usual. I, the Lord, have spoken!’”

But as for the nation that will put its neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon and serve him, I will leave it in its own land, and that nation will cultivate it and reside in it. This is the LORD’s declaration.”’”

But the nation that will bring its neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon and serve him, I will let remain on its land,’ declares the Lord,‘ and they will cultivate it and live in it.’ ” ’ ”

Things will go better for the nation that submits to the yoke of servitude to the king of Babylon and is subject to him. I will leave that nation in its native land. Its people can continue to farm it and live in it. I, the LORD, affirm it!”’”

But the nation that brings their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon and serves him, that nation I will let remain in their own land,’ says Yahweh;‘ and they will till it and dwell in it.’”’”

凡留在这城里的，必因刀剑、饥荒、瘟疫而死；但出去向围困你们的迦勒底人投降的，必可以活着，捡回自己的性命。

“‘无论哪一国、哪一邦，不服事巴比伦王尼布甲尼撒，不把颈项放在巴比伦王的轭下，我必用刀剑、饥荒和瘟疫去惩罚那国，直到我藉着巴比伦王的手把他们完全消灭。’这是耶和华的宣告。

“耶和华这样说：‘凡留在这城里的，必因刀剑、饥荒、瘟疫而死；但出去向迦勒底人投降的，必可以活着；他们必捡回自己的性命，得以生存。’

沙番的孙子、亚希甘的儿子基大利向他们和他们的士兵起誓，说：“你们不要惧怕服事迦勒底人，只管住在这地，服事巴比伦王，就可以平安无事。至于我，我要留在米斯巴，侍候那些来到我们这里的迦勒底人。你们只管收存酒、夏天的果子和油，放在器皿里，并且住在你们所占有的城中。”那些在摩押、亚扪、以东和各地所有的犹大人，听见了巴比伦王在犹大留下一些余民，并且指派沙番的孙子、亚希甘的儿子基大利管理他们，所有的犹大人就从被赶逐到的各地方回来，到犹大地的米斯巴去见基大利，并且收存了许多的酒和夏天的果子。

‘你们若决意住在这地，我就建立你们，必不拆毁；栽植你们，必不拔除；因我为那已经降在你们身上的灾祸回心转意。你们所怕的巴比伦王，你们不要惧怕他；你们不要惧怕他（这是耶和华的宣告），因为我与你们同在，要拯救你们，要搭救你们脱离他的手。

我照着这一切话对犹大王西底家说：“你们要把颈项放在巴比伦王的轭下，服事他和他的人民，就可以生存。
