要將基督的話豐豐富富地存在心裡，用各樣智慧彼此教導，互相勸誡，以感恩的心用詩篇、聖樂、靈歌頌讚上帝。

要將我今天吩咐你們的話牢記在心，並教導你們的兒女，無論在家在外，或起或臥，都要講論這些律例和誡命。要把它們繫在手上、戴在額上作記號，要寫在城門上和自家的門框上。

接受我的命令又遵行的，就是愛我的人。愛我的，父必定愛他，我也要愛他，並且要親自向他顯現。」

耶穌回答說：「但那聽了上帝的話又去遵行的人更有福。」

所以，你們要謹遵這約上的話，以便你們可以凡事順利。

「所以，凡聽了我的這些話就去行的人，就像聰明人把房子建在磐石上。

你們要行道，不要只是聽道，自己欺騙自己。因為人聽道而不行道，就像照鏡子一樣，看過後就走了，隨即忘記了自己的容貌。但詳細查考那使人得自由的全備律法並且持之以恆的人，不是聽了就忘，而是身體力行，這樣的人必在他所行的事上蒙福。

我把你的話珍藏在心中，免得我得罪你。

我多麼愛慕你的律法，終日思想。

不從惡人的計謀，不與罪人為伍，不和輕慢上帝的人同流合污，只喜愛耶和華的律法，晝夜默誦，這樣的人有福了！

「所以，你們要把我的這些吩咐銘記在心，繫在手上，戴在額上作記號；要用這些話教導你們的兒女，無論在家在外、或起或臥，都要講論；

並不是所有稱呼我『主啊，主啊』的人都能進天國，只有遵行我天父旨意的人才能進去。

孩子啊，你若接受我的教誨，珍愛我的誡命，側耳聆聽智慧，傾心渴慕悟性；你若呼求洞見，竭力追求悟性，尋它如尋銀子，找它如找寶藏，你就會懂得敬畏耶和華，認識上帝。

義人口出智慧，訴說正義，銘記上帝的律法，從不失腳。

你只要剛強勇敢，謹遵我僕人摩西所吩咐你的一切律法，毫不偏離，就可以無往不利。

既然你們明白這個道理，如果去實踐，就有福了。

這誡命近在咫尺，就在你口裡，在你心中，好讓你們遵行。

但願他們常常敬畏我，遵從我的一切誡命，以便他們和他們的子孫世世代代可以蒙福。

善人心存良善，就從他裡面發出良善；惡人心存邪惡，就從他裡面發出邪惡。

所有以色列人到你們的上帝耶和華選定的地方朝見祂時，你們要當眾大聲宣讀這律法。

教導他們遵守我吩咐你們的一切。記住，我必常與你們同在，一直到世界的末了。」

好叫我能面對嘲笑我的人，因為我信靠你的話。求你使真理不離我的口，因為你的法令是我的盼望。

我比我的老師更有洞見，因為我思想你的法度。

耶和華說：「我親自與他們立約，我賜給他們的靈和我放在他們口中的話，必不離開他們和他們的子子孫孫，從現在直到永遠。這是耶和華說的。」

所以，你們要謹遵你們上帝耶和華的吩咐，不可偏離左右。這樣，你們便得享長壽，並且可以在你們將要佔領的土地上興盛。「你們的上帝耶和華吩咐我教導你們以下的誡命、律例和典章，以便你們在將要佔領的土地上遵行。這樣，你們就會得享長壽，你們及子孫就會終生敬畏你們的上帝耶和華，遵守祂藉我吩咐你們的一切律例和誡命。以色列人啊，你們要留心聽，謹慎遵行，以便你們在那奶蜜之鄉可以凡事順利、子孫眾多，正如你們祖先的上帝耶和華給你們的應許。

污言穢語一句都不可出口，要隨時隨地說造就人的好話，使聽的人得益處。

不要忽略你的恩賜，那是藉著預言在眾長老把手按在你身上時賜給你的。你要全心全意地做這些事，讓大家都看到你的長進。你要注意自己的言行和教導，要持之以恆。這樣，你不但能救自己，也能救那些聽你教導的人。

我述說你的信實和拯救之恩，沒有把你的公義隱而不宣，沒有在大會中避而不談你的慈愛和真理。

那些洗淨自己衣裳的人有福了！他們有權吃生命樹的果子，也可以從城門進入城中。

他登基後，要在利未祭司面前為自己抄錄一份律法書，把它放在身邊，一生誦讀，以便學習敬畏他的上帝耶和華，遵守律法書上的一切誡命和律例。
