赦爾諸罪。蘇爾疾苦。

耶穌徧遊加利利、施訓會堂中、講天國福音、治民間諸疾；聲名洋溢乎敘利亞。凡舁染恙、患病、負痛、中魔、顛癇、癱痿者至前、悉救治之。

方離舟、眾識耶穌、視其所寓、遍傳全境、輒有舁病者以就。所歷城村、無不以病者置諸街頭、但求一撫其衣緣、獲撫者莫不全復。

天主假葆樂之手、廣行非凡聖蹟、甚至有人自葆樂之身、取巾或帷裙以去、置於病者之身、病即霍然、厲鬼亦出。

有以榻或褥舁病者於市、冀伯鐸祿道經斯處、得被其影所庇；亦有自耶路撒冷之鄰邑、引病人及為邪魔所祟者紛紛而至、皆獲救治。

當晚、日已暮、民眾紛攜抱病及中魔者趨耶穌；舉邑之人、群集其門。凡有所患者、耶穌悉為之治；中魔者、悉為之祛；且禁魔發言、以眾魔皆知其為誰也。

土人知之、風傳四境、攜諸患病者來前、但求耶穌容若輩一撫衣角、而撫者無不立愈。

耶穌率宗徒下山、立於郊原、弟子群集、復有眾庶自猶太全境、耶路撒冷、及諦羅、西同、海邊、蜂擁而至、趨前聆道、受治百病、其為魔所祟者、咸霍然而愈。眾爭欲一撫之、蓋有神力發自其身、無疾不療也。

其時耶穌正治病療疾、祛魔啟盲、乃謂二人曰：『爾曹即以所見所聞、回報可也：盲者明矣、跛者行矣、癩者潔矣、聾者聰矣、死者起矣、而窮苦無告者得聆嘉音。

義塞人乎、當聆吾言！天主藉納匝勒人耶穌、以異能神蹟行於爾中、而為之證、是固爾所知者。

耶穌對曰：『第以爾之所聞所見、回報如望：瞽者明、跛者行、癩者潔、聾者聰、死者起、而窮苦無告者得聆嘉音。
