「凡使這些信我的小子中的一個跌倒的，倒不如把大磨石拴在這人的頸項上，扔在海裏。

“凡使这信我的一个小子跌倒的，倒不如把大磨石拴在这人的颈项上，扔在海里。

“但若有人使这样一个小信徒失足犯罪，他的下场比把大磨石挂在他脖子上扔到海里还要惨。

“如果有人使一个信我的小弟兄犯罪，倒不如在他的颈项上拴一块大磨石投在海里。

“无论谁使信我的这些卑微人中的一个绊倒，对那人来说，脖子上拴着大磨石，被丢进海里反而更好。

「凡使這信我的一個小子跌倒的，倒不如把大磨石拴在這人的頸項上，扔在海裏。

「凡使這些信我的小子中的一個跌倒的，倒不如把大磨石拴在這人的頸項上，扔在海裏。

「但若有人使這樣一個小信徒失足犯罪，他的下場比把大磨石掛在他脖子上扔到海裡還要慘。

“如果有人使一個信我的小弟兄犯罪，倒不如在他的頸項上拴一塊大磨石投在海裡。

『凡使這些信的人的微小者之一絆跌的，假使一塊驢牽的磨石掛在他的脖子上，丟在海裏，這對於他倒好呢。

「無論誰使信我的這些卑微人中的一個絆倒，對那人來說，脖子上拴著大磨石，被丟進海裡反而更好。

陷信我小子之一者、寧以巨磨懸其頸、投於海、

凡陷信我之小子於罪者、寧以磨石懸其頸、投於海之為美也、

凡使此信我之一小子、陷於罪者、寧以磨石懸其頸而投於海、

如有使信我之小子、失足而陷罪者、毋寧以磨石繫頸、而被投諸海乎？

“ If anyone causes one of these little ones— those who believe in me— to stumble, it would be better for them if a large millstone were hung around their neck and they were thrown into the sea.

“ What if someone leads one of these little ones who believe in me to sin? If they do, it would be better if a large millstone were hung around their neck and they were thrown into the sea.

“ Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him if a great millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea.

“ But if you cause one of these little ones who trusts in me to fall into sin, it would be better for you to be thrown into the sea with a large millstone hung around your neck.

“ But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to fall away— it would be better for him if a heavy millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea.

“ Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it is better for him if a heavy millstone is hung around his neck and he is thrown into the sea.

“ But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea.

And whosoever shall cause one of these little ones that believe on me to stumble, it were better for him if a great millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.

“ But whoever causes the downfall of one of these little ones who believe in Me— it would be better for him if a heavy millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea.

And whosoever shall offend one of[ these] little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.

“ If anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a huge millstone tied around his neck and to be thrown into the sea.

Whoever will cause one of these little ones who believe in me to stumble, it would be better for him if he were thrown into the sea with a millstone hung around his neck.

「凡使這些信我的小子中的一個跌倒的，倒不如把大磨石拴在這人的頸項上，沉在深海裏。

耶穌又對門徒說：「絆倒人的事是免不了的，但那絆倒人的有禍了！人若把這些小子中的一個絆倒的，還不如把磨石拴在他的頸項上，丟在海裏。

「你們要小心，不可輕看這些小子中的一個；我告訴你們，他們的天使在天上，常見我天父的面。

弟兄們，那些離間你們、使你們跌倒、違背所學之道的人，我勸你們要留意躲避他們。

他就仆倒在地，聽見有聲音對他說：「掃羅！掃羅！你為甚麼迫害我？」

若有人見你這有知識的在偶像的廟裏坐席，而這人的良心是軟弱的，他豈不放膽去吃那祭過偶像的食物嗎？因此，基督為他死的那軟弱弟兄，也就因你的知識沉淪了。你們這樣得罪弟兄，傷了他們軟弱的良心，就是得罪基督。所以，食物若使我的弟兄跌倒，我就永遠不吃肉，免得使我的弟兄跌倒了。

許多人會隨從他們淫蕩的行為，以致真理之道因他們的緣故被毀謗。

王要回答：『我實在告訴你們，這些事你們沒有做在任何一個最小的弟兄身上，就是沒有做在我身上了。』這些人要往永刑裏去；那些義人要往永生裏去。」

卻如經上所記：「未曾傳給他們的，他們必看見；未曾聽見過的事，他們要明白。」

在各會堂，我屢次用刑強迫他們說褻瀆的話，我非常厭惡他們，甚至追逼他們，直到外邦的城鎮。」「那時，我帶着祭司長的權柄和命令往大馬士革去。王啊！我在路上，中午的時候，看見從天上有一道光，比太陽還亮，四面照射着我和跟我同行的人。我們都仆倒在地，我就聽見有聲音用希伯來話對我說：『掃羅！掃羅！你為甚麼迫害我？你用腳踢刺棒是自找苦吃的！』

所以，我希望年輕的寡婦嫁人，生養兒女，治理家務，不讓敵人有辱罵的把柄，

既然神是公義的，他必以患難報復那加患難給你們的人，也必使你們這受患難的人與我們同得平安。那時，主耶穌同他有權能的天使從天上在火焰中顯現，要報應那些不認識神和不聽從我們的主耶穌福音的人。

所以，我們不可再彼此評斷，寧可決意不給弟兄放置障礙或絆腳石。

我們不在任何事上妨礙任何人，免得這使命被人毀謗；

你們不要使猶太人、希臘人，或神教會中的人跌倒；但要像我一樣，凡事都使眾人喜歡，不求自己的益處，只求眾人的益處，使他們得救。

使你們能分辨是非，在基督的日子作真誠無可指責的人，

因他們曾流過聖徒與先知的血，現在你給他們血喝，這是他們該受的。」我又聽見祭壇中有聲音說：「是的，主－全能的神啊，你的判斷又真實又公義！」

羔羊揭開第五個印的時候，我看見在祭壇底下有曾為神的道，並為作見證而被殺的人的靈魂，大聲喊着說：「神聖真實的主宰啊，你不審判住在地上的人，為我們所流的血伸冤，要到幾時呢？」
