今則得釋於律法、蓋繫我者、我已脫之若死、使我儕事主不以文之舊者、乃以神之新者、

今則吾人既死於曩時所受之束縛乃得灑然脫於律法之權下；是宜以自由自在之精神、昭事天主、不當再拘泥於文字之陳跡矣。

But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code.

But now we have died to what used to control us. We have been set free from the law. Now we serve in the new way of the Holy Spirit. We no longer serve in the old way of the written law.

But now we are released from the law, having died to that which held us captive, so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit and not in the old way of the written code.

But now we have been released from the law, for we died to it and are no longer captive to its power. Now we can serve God, not in the old way of obeying the letter of the law, but in the new way of living in the Spirit.

我的弟兄姊妹，同樣，你們藉著基督的身體向著律法也死了，使你們可以歸於那位從死裡復活的基督，好為上帝結果子。

信耶穌的時代還沒有來臨以前，律法暫時監管我們。等到信耶穌之道顯明出來後，律法就不再監管我們。因此，律法是我們的監護人，負責引領我們歸向基督，使我們可以因信而被稱為義人。現在信耶穌的時代已經來臨，我們不再受律法監管。

祂使我們能夠擔任新約的執事。這新約不是用律法條文立的，而是聖靈的工作，因為律法條文帶給人死亡，但聖靈賜給人生命。

事實上，我因無法滿足律法的要求而向律法死了，不再受它的束縛，使我可以為上帝而活。我已經與基督一同被釘在十字架上，現在活著的不再是我，而是基督活在我裡面。我現在是靠信上帝的兒子而活著，祂愛我，為我捨命。

然而，時候一到，上帝就差遣自己的兒子藉著一位女子降生，並受律法的約束，為要救贖一切受律法約束的人，使我們成為祂的兒女。

罪不能再主宰你們，因為你們已經不在律法之下，而是在恩典之中。那麼，我們在恩典之中，不在律法之下，就可以任意犯罪嗎？絕不可以！

穿上了新人。這新人在知識上不斷更新，更像他的造物主。

但基督替我們受了咒詛，從而救贖我們脫離了律法的咒詛，因為聖經上說：「凡掛在木頭上的人都是受咒詛的。」

但現在你們已從罪中得到釋放，作了上帝的奴僕，這樣會使你們聖潔，最終得到永生。

這樣，你們應當看自己是向罪死了，但向上帝則看自己是活在基督耶穌裡。

身體未受割禮卻遵行律法的人，必審判你這有律法條文、受了割禮卻違犯律法的人。因為徒具外表的猶太人不是真正的猶太人，身體上的割禮也不是真正的割禮。唯有從心裡做猶太人的才是真猶太人，真割禮是藉著聖靈在心裡受的割禮，不在於律法條文。這樣的人得到的稱讚不是從人來的，而是從上帝來的。

弟兄姊妹，我現在對那些熟悉律法的人說：你們難道不知道律法只在人活著的時候管轄人嗎？

若有人在基督裡，他就是新造的人，舊事已過，看啊，一切都更新了。

我在祂兒子的福音事工上全心事奉的上帝可以為我做見證：我如何在禱告中常常想到你們，並求上帝讓我照祂的旨意最終能去你們那裡。

你們不可追隨世界的潮流，要隨著思想的不斷更新而改變，這樣就能明辨上帝的旨意，知道什麼是良善、純全、蒙祂悅納的。

絕不可以！我們既然向罪死了，豈可繼續活在罪中？

我必賜給他們一顆專一的心，將新靈放在他們裡面，除去他們的石心，賜給他們肉心，

我要賜你們一顆新心，把新的靈放在你們裡面。我要除去你們的石心，賜給你們一顆肉心。

因為你們有人性的軟弱，我就從人的立場向你們解釋。以前你們將身體獻給骯髒不法的事，任其奴役，助長不法。現在你們要將身體奉獻給義，為義效勞，成為聖潔的人。

受不受割禮根本無關緊要，做一個新造的人才至關重要。

因為真正受割禮的人是我們這些靠著上帝的靈敬拜、以基督耶穌為榮、不倚靠自身條件的人。
