He is to lay his hand on the goat’s head and slaughter it at the place where the burnt offering is slaughtered before the Lord. It is a sin offering.

按手於所獻祭牲之首、宰於會幕門前、亞倫之子孫為祭司、灑血於祭臺四周、

爾於祭臺所當常獻者、每日用未盈歲之羔二、

按手於所獻之祭牲首上、宰於會幕前、亞倫之子孫、灑血於祭臺四周、

在宰火焚祭牲之處、宰贖愆祭牲、灑血於祭臺四周、

若受膏之祭司犯罪、使民亦陷於罪、則當因所犯之罪、以無疵之牡犢、獻於主為贖罪祭、牽犢至會幕門於主前、按手於其首、宰之於主前、受膏之祭司取犢血奉入會幕、祭司以指蘸血、灑於主前凡七次、即聖所之幔前、又取血塗於會幕內主前香臺之角、犢之餘血傾於會幕門前祭臺之基、此為贖罪祭之犢、當盡取其脂、即蓋臟之脂、及臟內所有之脂、又取二內腎及其上之脂、在其脇旁者、並與腎相近之肝片、取此一切與取自平安祭犢者無異、祭司以此悉焚於祭臺上、犢之皮與所有之肉、並其首脛臟糞、即犢之全體、悉移於營外潔淨之地、即傾灰之處、置於柴以火焚之、焚其犢必於傾灰之處、○若以色列會眾、誤犯主誡命之一、行所不可行者、而不自知、遂致陷於罪愆、所犯之罪、後乃覺悟、會眾則當獻牡犢為贖罪祭、牽犢至會幕前、會中長老、在主前、按手於犢首、宰犢於主前、受膏之祭司、取犢血奉入會幕、祭司以指蘸血、灑於主前凡七次、即聖所之幔前、又取血塗於會幕內主前焚香臺之角、餘血傾於會幕門前祭臺之基、盡取其脂、焚於祭臺上、獻此犢、如獻贖罪祭之犢然、如是、祭司為會眾贖罪、必蒙赦宥、當移犢於營外而焚之、與焚前言之犢無異、此為會眾之贖罪祭、○若有族長獲罪、誤犯其天主耶和華誡命之一、行所不可行者、遂致陷於罪愆、所犯之罪、後乃覺悟、則當獻無疵之牡山羊為祭、按手於牡山羊之首、宰於主前、即宰火焚祭牲之處、此為贖罪祭、祭司以指蘸贖罪祭牲之血、塗於祭臺角上、傾餘血於祭臺之基、所有之脂、焚於祭臺上、如焚平安祭牲之脂然、如是、祭司為彼贖罪、必蒙赦宥、○民中若有人誤犯主誡命之一、行所不可行者、遂致陷於罪愆、所犯之罪、後乃覺悟、則當因其所犯之罪、獻無疵之牝山羊為祭、按手於贖罪祭牲之首、宰贖罪祭牲於宰火焚祭牲之處、祭司以指蘸其血、塗於祭臺角上、傾餘血於祭臺之基、盡取其脂、如取平安祭牲之脂然、祭司悉焚於臺之上、為馨香獻於主、如是、祭司為彼贖罪、必蒙赦宥、若獻綿羊為贖罪祭、則用無疵之牝者、按手於贖罪祭牲之首、宰贖罪祭牲於宰火焚祭牲之處、祭司以指蘸贖罪祭牲之血、塗於祭臺角上、傾餘血於祭臺之基、盡取其脂、如取平安祭牲之脂然、祭司悉焚於祭臺、在獻於主之火祭上、如是、祭司為彼贖所犯之罪、必蒙赦宥、

乃宰為民作贖罪祭之牡山羊、攜其血入幔內、灑於贖罪蓋上、又灑於贖罪蓋前、如撒犢之血然、

我俱迷亡若羊、各行其道、主使我眾之罪愆、任於其身、主使我眾之罪愆任於其身或作主使彼因我眾之罪愆身遭苦難
