I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty,( but thou art rich) and[ I know] the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but[ are] the synagogue of Satan.

For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.

Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is.

Thy nakedness shall be uncovered, yea, thy shame shall be seen: I will take vengeance, and I will not meet[ thee as] a man.

Buy the truth, and sell[ it] not;[ also] wisdom, and instruction, and understanding.

Therefore will I discover thy skirts upon thy face, that thy shame may appear.

Because they rebelled against the words of God, and contemned the counsel of the most High:

They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof.

If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.

That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate;
